Developed to withstand the rigorous demands of modern cinematic productions, the MatteBox MB 565 is designed to accommodate both clamp-on versions and usage on 15mm or 19mm rods.
This professional-grade matte box is expandable from one to three filter stages, each offering 360-degree rotation for precise control. Its flexibility allows for the use of fewer filter stages whenever required. Crafted to be sturdy yet lightweight, the MatteBox MB 565 is compatible with the latest fast and superwide lenses, accommodating an outside diameter of up to 150mm.
Thanks to its modular design, this versatile matte box can be quickly customized to meet the unique requirements of each user. The kit includes a Cine.1 Matte Box, a 150mm Diameter Clamp Adapter, a French Flag, and three 4x5.65"/4x4" Filterholders. It also features a Swing-Away Arm for 19mm Diameter Rods, adjustable for +/- 5mm Horizontal/Vertical Tilting, and a Left/Right Pivot Mechanism.
Additional components include two Side Wings, two Rosettes for Handles, an Accessory Bar with an Adjustable Slider, a Filter Tray Catcher, and three Step-Down Rings with diameters of 150:136, 150:114, and 150:104. All these components are neatly packed in a case with an insert for easy transportation and storage.
