Works great, reasonably easy to learn for a powerful program (and I'm coming straight from old school Photoshop), and they offer a perpetual license so you aren't locked into a subscription fee. Even with the one-time purchase, I was recently prompted to install an update with performance improvements and some other enhancements; they don't leave you high and dry without incremental releases and bug fixes.

This is a new program for me and I am in the process of learning it. That said, it was easy to upload and access. I feel this will be a great fit for my needs. So far, seems fairly easy and seamless in the transition. I will update my review as I learn more about the abilities and limitations of this program.

All your possibilities are there with C1?a bit of a learning curve, but well worth the time. I?ve spent a great deal of time with Nikon?s NX Studio and found it to be a great help in my efforts in Post work (worth mentioning for us Nikon users?it?s free!). I am anxiously awaiting the time when C1 becomes as comfortable.

Just after I ordered it, Capture One website offered a buy a license now and get the next version free. Mailing a physical card seems backwards.

Capture One Pro is a great product. I had been doing a monthly subscription but decided to purchase a great deal through Adorama for a discount on the yearly subscription. The card came a lot faster than advertised and applied to my account with ease. Thanks, Adorama!

I had been a Lightroom 6 user for several years, because the subscription service didn't make sense for a hobby photographer. After trying the 30 day trial, I picked up Capture One 22 Pro at a good price. I'm still learning, but it is a big upgrade from Lightroom 6. I especially like that it does more than Lightroom with some features in Photoshop. I keep the exposure warning turned on, to quickly fine blown out highlights.

It truly makes editing much more streamline. No need to go to multiple editing software programs to mask and touch up photos. I was a previous user of some Open-Source photo editors. The one thing they did well was run my computer hot and slow. Capture One is well optimized for most PCs. No slow-downs or bottlenecks. It is a great photo software I do recommend.

The software was easy to install and setup. So far, it seems intuitive and easy to use, while still offering ample editing abilities. That being said, be aware that there is a lot to this program, and it will take time to learn. I have always used Adobe products, so this is a big change for me. But given the price, it seems to be a good move.

Capture One delivered or exceeded my all of my requirements: * option to own the software and upgrade at my pace (vs Lightroom only working on subscription even when I am not using it often or in need of bleeding edge versions) * support to manage RAW but also iPhone HEIC and video formats * always non-destructive (other apps sometimes claim non-destructive but then add metadata to some files like JPGs) * import Lightroom database (this wasn?t expected but worked amazingly well) * can run on two computers I?ve been using LR for years, so the adjustment to a new interface has taken time. But it is well worth it in my opinion.

Capture One Poo 22 provides many features for editing your RAW camera images to make to best use of all the data captured by your camera and lens. It is fairly intuitive if you've used other RAW editing software, for the newcomer, it might look a little daunting at first but I think it would become second-nature to most users. So far, I've been able to edit images from an old Canon EOS 10D and my new Canon EOS 5D Mark IV with execllent results. I would highly recommend purchasing Capture One Pro 22, they have a generous 30-day trial period too so you can try the program before buying. After a few days of the trial period, I was convinced that I needed to buy a license for the software.

It is a great capture tool and this version is fantastic. I would give it 5 stars however it seems every new version they change the way something is done. It is not the end of the world-just annoying. It is also a little expensive. The program itself however is definitely 5 stars and I would recommend it to any pro shooter.

Migrated to Capture One from Lightroom, primarily shoot with Fuji cameras and Capture One handles the Fuji Raw files better than Lightroom.

Big Lightroom user for many years. Got incredibly fed up with its slow performance and gave capture one another shot. The performance improvements and reliability are tremendous. I can?t ever go back to Lightroom.

I have been a Lightroom user for many years and was very disappointed that Adobe went to the subscription model.It was for this reason that for many years I have been trying to find an alternative that was equal or better than My copy of Lightroom 6.14. Well I have found it gave capture 1 a try and I am very happy with it. Excellent software and in many ways better.

I moved from Capture One 10 to 21. Major difference all on the positive side. Very happy with the change in the action keys from combination to one key. I shoot raw exclusively. Am loving the changes.

I got this when I switched over to Fujifilm. Better raw processing than Lightroom which I used for a long time. I waited for a discounted price through Adorama, about 1/3 off. Good deal then. Harder learning curve than Lightroom, but I am pleased with the results.
