Frustrating

Every time I have to restart my PC the cursor speed is extremely slow and I have to readjust the speed in the app you are required to download to use the mouse, even though the settings are exactly the same before the reboot. Then, out of the blue, it will start working properly and I have to open the app again and readjust to the setting I had originally. It’s very frustrating.
