Great headphones, better than any in price range

I've only been using them for a week, but so far: controls are intuitive, and they paired quickly to both my laptop and my phone. Without any break in, they sounded great playing music, and the audio quality on Teams calls has been great as well. They are very comfortable, and seem to be very sturdy.

I quickly and easily paired these with my Sony TV and no longer worry about disturbing my neighbors. Also, I can leave the room to go to the kitchen or the bathroom and will hear the TV perfectly.

This year's best Christmas gift

I bought my 13 year old triplets these for Christmas this year and I think unanimously they were their favorite gifts. They love the sound and the comfort, and practically have not taken them off since receiving them. I am certain that the sound isolation is going to help their attention while home schooling this semester, but it's so good, I have a new problem, they don't hear me when I call out for them anymore :

lousy sound

Very tinny and lacks decent bass response. bought 2 pairs. returning both. huge disappointment. I never thought id ever give a 1 star review to a Denon product. my old wired headphones from 15 years ago that cost a mere 75 bucks was fantastic. i still use them. but this made me sour for a pair of headphones that cost 149+

Sound is ok but missing a little more deph when i turn up the bass, also the bluetooth cant pair with my sony smart tv, which is 1 of the main reasons i bought them but for.other things stero system and phone nice pair of headphones for the price. A.Booker

The On/Off button doesn't work-No Customer support

I purchased the AHGC25WWhite for my daughter's birthday. We were disappointed that the on/off button was malfunctioning and she couldn't use it at all. We have been contacting the customer support via Email, online chat and phone to return the headphone but no answer at all. I've been on hold for more than one hour each time and got disconnected by Denon. Horrible customer support. Very unhappy.
