Perfect Balance of Quality and Price
This was an awesome monitor for the price. It's the quality that you would expect from Dell. Images are crystal clear, and it performs flawlessly. I expect this monitor to last for at least the next 10 - 15 years.

VGA Connector Only
Didn't think to check the specs before I purchased, but this monitor only has a VGA port. Not sure why any newly produced equipment wouldn't have an HDMI port. Had to go out and buy a VGA/HDMI converter which added $15 to the price of the monitor. Otherwise, the monitor itself works fine and as expected.

New Product without Built-in Speakers
I was disappointed that he new monitor did not have built-in speakers!! Thankfully, I had left-over speakers from a system from long ago that I could use. I recommend Dell spell-out in the product description that speakers are or are not built-in.

Possibly Damaged/Not great
I might like this product better if there weren't 2 vertical lines in the video that never go away. I also don't care for the lack of brightness / contrast adjustment in the picture. Even if you turn it all the way up, the image is washed out. If I hadn't NEEDED it immediately for work when it arrived, I would have returned it.

Good monitor on a budget.

Decent Extra Monitor
Must tilt monitor back to cut back on the white hasiness of the screen. I also have a E2414H Dell monitor and it does not have this issue.

Nice size screen for my workflow
Bought this to help my efficiency and workflow. Definitely a good choice but it took a couple of different cables to figure out how to make it work with my all-in-one.

speakers are tinny sounding

Excellent monitors
I bought two monitors to replace one that had gone bad and also an older Del, although it was still working. The price was excellent and the monitors show great definition. Very happy with my dual monitor set up.

Unfortunate Disappointing Experience
I was excited to purchase my first Dell E2215HV Monitor on May 10, 2018 but upon setting it up I noticed excessive light bleed from all sides and wondered if this is normal for this low-end monitor. I contacted Technical Support who confirmed using their testing method that indeed the monitor was defective. I returned the defective monitor while a 2nd E2216HV was on its way as a replacement. Well, this monitor also had the same defect. I returned the 2nd defective E2216HV and requested a switch to a E2216H monitor. I received monitor #3 (E2216H) and finally was satisfied with this one.

Can't beat this price or quality
I originally ordered directly from Dell and then found the same ones here on Adorama for less and better shipping. I have been using Adorama for years and there is NOT ONE SINGLE issue I have ever had with any of their products or shipments. SO LONG DELL!

Was a dual monitor, now a quad. Price is cheap, however it would be nice to have a DVI connection also.
