The printer works
Call to tech support figured it out. Had to change the fuser. It worked It was that easy. Thanks.

Reason for Creasing
Just wanted to share that I experienced the same creasing issue as well, and it turns out it was because folks were feeding coated inkjet paper into this machine. We have two of these machines and both fusers were destroyed in one day due to this issue. Once I let folks know what the issue was, we've been going for 3 years or so with no problems.

5130cdn - one of many problems - the FUSER
This printer has been a disaster since we bought it (it's relatively brand new as a printer line as I write this.
In particular, this fuser suddenly gets a "crease" in roller that then translates onto every printed sheet, making prints unusable.
The first time we ordered the fuser, it took 2 months of back order to even get it (our printer was out of operation basically).
The replacement unit has the SAME issue within 4 weeks of light use. Definitely a product defect.
