The printer itself works really well! The scanner seems to do the job and loading. The ink was full proof. My only complaint is that the screen is very tiny and the buttons are hard to see.

I so wish I could give out my address for anyone who wants this 1.5-year-old printer. The controls are terribly small and hard to see and now it's stopped working. I.T. said to unplug it but after a few hours the stinker still won't print out a UPS label. This is driving me nuts.

Did not work on first setup. Customer service has been very disappointing. I have never received a reply to any email even when I was requested to send an email over the phone. I have had to have at least 3 calls to do the return. I still have not received a refund. I can take this review down if I get a refund. Order US260021717. Incident: 260722-002174

Excited for days, I finally got my eco tank....just to have it not work. All the heads are plugged. So disappointed. Why refurbish if you're not going to do it correctly? Why not suggest this me be an occurrence and educate the buyer? Why not send a head cleaning kit as complimentary apology to the possibility that only you guys know may happen? So very disappointed.

So far I love it!! Prints fast and prints beautiful images. I have found though when you print 2 sided it gets jammed

Set up was easy. Filling ink was easy. Printed 2 pictures on glossy paper. They came out great. Started next print realized had wrong paper so I pulled it out and now I don't have a printer and can not find a way to talk to anyone. It will not start. Follow all jammed paper instructions and it just keep telling to shut it off and fix jammed paper. Did this 4 times and will not start up.

Good printer for the money. Slow. Does double-sided on plain paper only, not cardstock. Need to print regularly of the nozzles will clog. Love the eco-tanks.

This printer is a total waste of $$$. I have to turn the printer off and then on again just to print, and I can't scan because it always says Communication error, check the connection? Funny thing about it is that my wifi router is right next to this printer. This will be the last Epson printer that I purchase.

The printer is great! But the setup instructions are very confusing and scattered. With the help of Gemini and YouTube we finally got it all set up. Instead of easy to follow step-by-step instructions, the instruction sheet has you flipping around here to there so many times, it's crazy. I would like to work for Epson just to improve on their instructions! Nice printer though!

If I were able to carry this thing outside, I would heave it over the hill ! The 'window' is so small, I have to use a magnifier to see it..the user buttons are not marked and make no sense..it was a gift..it has taken a month of messing and worry to get it online with my WiFi and still will not allow printing from my iPad?Today's 'registration is another attempt to get it to print.

I see a lot of the reviews talking about poor connectivity but I haven't had that issue at all! However, I have had issues with the paper jamming often and the paper holder really is small. The ink is cool though and lasts a long time. It's also cool that you can print using the app from just about anywhere.

I bought this to replace an earlier Epson scanner printer that worked rather flawlessly in terms of wireless connectivity and performance quality. What a disappointment! Despite the new iPhone app, which is "nice," the wireless connectivity to my computer was unpredictable and spotty at best. I figured when I purchased a brand new computer, the problem would go away. It did not! Epson needs to work on their connectivity and connectivity software.

This printer has had serious connectivity issues since day one. No one at Epson or my internet company, nor even people I know that computers are all they do, can figure out the issue. For some reason it is constantly getting kicked off my internet. I have a few ways to temporarily fix the issue but it is always kicked off again by the next day. I am so frustrated with this. I have never had this issue before. I had another epson printer that worked great for years. I really wish I could figure out why this printer cannot seem to find my internet, even though every other device in my home connects immediately and stays connected. We have very strong internet service and I have even tried a mesh system to bring it closer to the printer to try to force it. I just will not work what so ever. I will not buy another Epson product and this one will go in the trash unfortunately.

I've only used this printer a few times. I had a little trouble connecting it to my wifi. Ended up having to move my wifi router. I think this survey should be taken in 6 months. In the meantime, thanks again for a so-far-so-good product!

I like many things about the printer but the tanks of ink instead of the horribly expensive cartridge system sold me on this printer. In addition, good quality printing, and a quiet setting make it a win for me. What I don't like is the lights - flashing, steady or "breathing" I want a" turn the light off" setting. Too many lights on every device everywhere all the time. Darkness , darkness please! I know that I can turn off the printer which obviously turns off the lights but I don't want to keep turning the printer on and off. Because it is a ring light around the on/off switch it is hard to cover with black tape but I a going to try.

It has been working smoothly so far, very happy with the quality of the printing and the ease of filling the ink. It was a little finicky getting it setup, especially to our laptops, the instructions to get the laptops setup felt a little unclear, but we did sort of figure it out. The only thing we still haven't figured out is how to get it to scan to our computers. The phone was easy since it had the app, but we don't really want to use our phones.

Printer its connecting to wifi but it fails the print test and now its not even printing. Epson is making it REALLY difficult to return it. There's no easy way but to call them and good luck contacting them. I tried to just get my printer from the source I RATHER USE AMAZON

This printer was on sale and the idea of refillable ink led us to buy it Jan. 2026. Easy to set up. Print quality as expected. The tanks took some getting used to but it sure beats frequent cartridge orders. Our rating of 3 stars is due to the ridiculously tiny display and the upright paper feed leading to curled or uneven edges.

Needed to replace an Epson printer that was several years old. Printer is used at home for moderate printing tasks involving letters, documents and photos. Set up was extremely easy!! Just need to follow directions that are provided. Go one step at a time!! This easily connected to wi-fi and not only my computer but also our phones and tablets so we can print from any device. Print is clean and sharp. Filled the tanks with the ink included in the box. Setup & priming for printing took some of the ink but I used what was left in the bottles to fill the tanks back up. Full tanks after setup was completed and have now printed numerous pages. Very happy!!

We don't stand behind what we do long is the message. I'm seeing. how was thinking about switching from my HP printers because I like the Eco Tank idea but I think HP has a similar tank
