I find it hard to navigate. I just wonder why it does not come with instructions. I don't know how to work all the features.

I'm very happy with my new Charge 3. I had never used a fitness tracker before and found it easy to learn how to use it. It is comfortable to wear, even at night so that I can track my sleep. I especially like that it tracks laps when I'm swimming - with my ADD I always lose track trying to count in my head! It syncs easily with the other fitness apps on my phone. The only negative is that a charge does not last a full week more like 5.5 days, but it only takes about a hour to fully charge.

I like the idea that I can wear it in the pool, and keep track of how much I sleep. I monitor my pulse a lot at my work. I try to use the deep breathing option to help relax.

The Charge 3 has a nice sleek design. It fits and conforms to a smaller wrist with attractive looks. However, the device did not work out of the box. I purchased it for a Christmas present and my daughter was disappointed that the product did not work. After spending hours on the phone with FitBit support they declared the device DOA.

I've had intermittent problems since I got this, particularly with pairing it with my phone or iPad. This morning, the device stopped working all together. I press on the button and the screen just stays dark. I just charged it two days ago. Normally the device holds a charge for at least a week. I do not wear it where it can get wet. Very disappointed that something that costs this much just stops working and it's less than a year old.

So far so good with the Fitbit Charge 3. The only minor complaint I have is the top of my wrist got a little sore wearing it overnight since I sleep over it when in my stomach.

Initial impression: very sleek & lightweight. As someone who does not typically wear any jewelry or other accessories, it took awhile to get used to wearing this. Though I do definitely notice it’s on my wrist, it’s not at all cumbersome or otherwise distracting in any way. While the heartrate monitor and sleep tracker are nice, the step tracker tends to be wildly inaccurate, counting nearly any movement as a step, even while driving. I do appreciate how it automatically recognizes the manual labor I perform at my job as “exercise,” though. It’s also nice to be able to read text messages from the device, instead of having to pull my phone out of my pocket every time. iPhone users: this tracker does not integrate with iOS; aside from being able to be alerted to texts/calls and other alerts, it does not synce with the health app, nor can you reply to a text from the tracker.

I bought the Charge 3 because it had everything I wanted in a watch/fitness tracker (sleep tracking, HR, stopwatch, etc). The only reason I give it 4/5 stars is that I wish there was a setting to keep the stopwatch/timer display on. I work with athletes everyday and time a lot of their workouts and it would be more beneficial to me if I didn’t have to hit a button or wear another stopwatch to always check the time. Other than that minor wish, it’s a great device!

This watch was a true game changer for me. I am an Apple person but I already have a phone. I’m not looking for a watch I can call people with and honestly didn’t want to spend the $$. My mother-in-law introduced me to the Fitbit and I wanted to give it a try. I was interested in tracking my steps/distance I walk everyday, my heart rate during workouts/runs/etc. I also thought the idea of charting my sleep was a great idea. I’ve never given it much thought but it is very accurate in noticing changes in my breathing as I fall asleep/wake. I bought the charge 3 and it fits perfectly in my lifestyle and it makes me sad to go anywhere without it now...heaven forbid I walk somewhere and my steps aren’t tracked. It’s a great motivational tool as well: “just 125 more steps to go until you reach your daily goal of 10,000 steps” and then firecrackers going off and buzzing. I enjoy everything about this watch.

I really like the features of this fitbit. I love seeing my texts and other app notifications. The fitness features are great too and I like the sleep analysis. I also like that you can get it wet. My only complaint is that the text quick responses don't work with iPhone - super bummer!

This is a waste device. On iphone the all-day sync feature gets disabled by its own because of which I can't get notification on my Charge 3. Got a replacement device from Fitbit but that too has the same problem. Throughout the support with Fitbit they ask to test on Android device. Am I a tester for Fitbit? I dont think so. Plese fix the feature or remove it from the device.

I decided to upgrade to the Fit Bit 3 because of the promised, longer lived battery. So far, the promise has held true, though not the full 7 days as advertised. I like having a watch that can handle water sports and it is easier to use.

This was purchased as a gift for my wife. My daughter got one too for a Christmas gift that she requested. They've had it for about 3 weeks and it has been a great motivator for them. The app allows them to see each other's stats and also other family members that have the Fitbit. So my wife has been doing weekly challenges with another family member. It was easy to set up and simple to use. No issues so far and it has been getting a lot of use. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a little more accountability for your workouts.

Love all the information it supplies and it inspires me to get out and do more if my numbers are low. I also use a couple of exercise machines and don't trust the heart rate numbers I see. I check my fitbit and then take my pulse and the fitbit is always right.I highly recommend it.

So far I'm thrilled with my Charge 3. The heart rate monitor may not be 100% but I check when I'm on the treadmill and its close enough for me. I love seeing my sleep stages, knowing how much water I've had, how many calories I've burned... It encourages you to stay fit and that is worth the money

I really liked all the features and real estate compared to the Charge 2. But in less than 2 weeks, the display stopped working. The reset button (held for 20 seconds) makes it vibrate and the sensor on the back glows, but I don't see anything on the display. It had full charge, when it died. I also had sync issues in the beginning, It took me a while to sync it to my iPhone, and I am technically savvy. I see all kinds of complaints on this model on the web. It seems like they have rushed this product to the market.
