Shopper : is this compatible for a Nikon FM2 lens to Fuji Xt20 Body ?JULIUS S : An FM2 does not have its own type of lens - it takes any F-Mount lens. For the vast majority of F-Mount lenses this will work for your purpose, although the camera will not be able to read the aperture setting. I use this on a dozen different F-Mount lenses, all of which also work on an FM2.WALTER M : It is, yes. Works well.

Fotodiox Nikon F - Fuji X

I’ve been very pleased with this adapter. It’s solid and allows my Nikon F mount lenses to attach to my Fuji X-T1 body without any play. It’s important to realize that this adapter does not have an aperture ring so you will need to use a manual lens with an aperture ring. I’ve adapted a 50mm prime and a 60mm macro so far and I look forward to testing some more.

Good plus cheap is great

Very good adapter for the money. Everything fits great. Good looking. Manual lens remain fully functional. No electronic contact but... it's just 20 bucks!

Great adapter for a great price, but inconsistent manufacturing

Great adapter for a great price, but inconsistent manufacturing. I've had one for years that has worked so well, but just ordered a new one and the back is just so slightly too small as to make rear lens caps literally impossible to stay attached. Like as soon as you touch it the back cap just flies off. Fine for video work, but at a wedding or an event, absolutely unequivocally useless, as I cannot have lens caps flying everywhere during a wedding ceremony. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO MAKE FUJI REAR CAPS STAY ON TIGHT??? This is NOT the only product I have with this problem. Would be a perfect product without this issue. Very annoying.

Economical and reliable lens adapter

Just bought a fujifilm xt-2 coming into the Fuji camera system from Nikon, so I bought the fotodiox lens adapter to use one of my favorite Nikon lenses, the 50mm 1.2, the adapter works fine and the creamy Bokah of the lens is dreamy as always. The adapter is functional and a great value. Construction isn’t very refined but for the price you get a very usable and economical adapter that lets you use all your favorite Nikon lenses.
