Glow OTA-EV2 ParaSnap OTA Adapter for eVOLV 200 Pro II Barebulb Head

The updated version (EV2) seems like an afterthought in planning. The adapter does not have a way for the tilting handle to connect to it or the body of the eVolv 200 Pro II which makes it completely useless with this new flash version. I know this is not Flashpoint/Adorama's fault as they just rebrand the items but Godox should start thinking about how products integrate with prior offerings when they design mark II versions of products. To make this a complete run and gun set up, you will need to buy some sort of pistol grip handle/holder to screw into the bottom body of the 200 Pro II.

Fits the 200pro ii perfectly and fits into the ParaSnap softbox securely. The mount leaves plenty of clearance for the modeling light on the bare bulb head. It is well built and I am confident it will last a lifetime. My only complaint (and I almost subtracted more stars) is that the mount does not have a way to attach the tiltable handle to the bracket itself. I ended up attaching the pro ii with the included bracket at the mid mount location. I'm think the weight of a 32" soft box should be fine hanging from the flash itself but I do love the adjustability of the glow handle system.

I do event photography. Mostly parties. Very manageable soft box. Sets up fast and delivers beautiful light.
