This fits perfect on my Paul Buff strip soft boxes. Not having to buy more modifiers is always a plus.
Great for many Alien Bee softboxes to allow for a Bowens mount.
The speedring fits my Alien Bees softboxes perfectly. The 139mm size seems to work for three out of four of them. If you purchase one for an Alien Bee however, you MUST carefully measure each box as some are different sizes and a 139mm would be too small and a 144mm too big. Nice being able to use the AB boxes on my Bowens mount lights when needed.
