Mine has failed and will no longer recharge. I think the battery has failed with very minimum usage and no abuse. It is my understanding that the batteries cannot be replaced

I was given one as a gift. It has been a reliable and economic flashlight. I use it every day. I liked it so much, I purchased another one.

It doesn't take much sunlight to power this flashlight. I was surprised when I took it out of the box and it turned on. I've had it in indirect sunlight and it surprisingly works quite well for hours. The construction of this flashlight however is not the greatest. Its nice and slim, yet it feels like a few good falls would pop out the cover to the solar panel. So overall, great little flashlight but not idea for super rugged adventures.

Got this free with the purchase of two Boulder 15 panels. The flashlight is very lightweight and produces a good broad light. I was a little put off by the fact that it claims to take 10 hours to charge for only 3 hours of light, but I've taken it camping a handful of times and never had any problem with runtime. Just sit it in the sun throughout the day and it's ready to go by nighttime. Would have given it 5 stars if it took less time to produce a longer runtime.

Much easier to charge than I thought, just let it sit in the upstairs window and it is good to go and so far has held the charge very well.
