The Godox MA5R targets on-the-go content creators, vloggers, and mobile journalists. It functions as a full-color creative LED panel on one side and a magnetic wireless power bank on the other. It snaps directly to the back of compatible smartphones to illuminate talking-head videos while serving as emergency backup power.

  • Features a primary high-output RGB panel on the rear for forward-facing shots, paired with a dedicated auxiliary selfie light on the magnetic side for front-facing self-recording.
  • Adheres directly via internal magnets to MagSafe-compatible phones, functioning as a portable backup power source. (Note: It cannot charge a phone while the LEDlights are actively turned on).
  • Equipped with built-in Near Field Communication (NFC) chips. Tapping a phone against the casing initiates instant pairing to the Godox Light mobile app via Bluetooth.
