Hewes Film reel faulty design

the spiral wire is too small in diameter, makeing loading the film inconsistant. the top and bottom spirals are not parallel at one point in the revolution the film is squeezed and bent, then half way around on the other side of the reel the film is falling out of its grove impossible to load with out one layer of film touching the next no developer chemical can work on the film if it is touching its self inside of the reel. Ruined film is the result more often than not
