This is a great replacement rear sight for the factory white dot that came on my XDm40. With the factory red fiber optic front sight, the green light pipe enhances the contrast greatly. The great thing is, if I ever decide to switch and put red in the back and green on the front or any other combination between the two colors, the red pipe is included. Great sight and I would highly recommend.
