I received the the order but the 67mm polarzer lens was not in the order, but every thing else was perfect.

I have Hoya filters going back 40 years and this new 95mm circ. Pol. Looks as well made! And that?s a good thing. Especially for the price.

This is an excellent compliment to my filter set. The circular polarizer I have is great, but the linear offers so much better reflection reduction. Granted, the circular is needed for exposure metering, but my work is predominantly in Manual mode, and for that the extra reduction is well worth the compromise in losing better metering. Take a circular and compare it to a linear side by side, and see for yourself how much better the linear reduces reflection. ... I just wish you could get the better coatings as offered with the circular filters.

Have observed that my circular polarizers, necessary for modern exposure metering, do not give as much filtration as the linear polarizers. Since much of my photography is in manual mode, and I need optimal polarization, I'm returning to linear for my set up. Just take your best circular polarizer and look around you with it, noticing the characteristic reflection reduction. Then take a linear and look at the same things.... While the circular polars do in fact work, compared to the linears, they're just mild ND filters. I do wish they were offered with the coatings that are available on the circular though.

Hoya or B & W, either one is adequate. Nothing to get excited about.

The Hoya polorizer filter is Fantastic! It just took a month to ship and a week layover in Sacramento, CA. Don't know why they ship the very very cheapest shipping method. Never going to use this company again!!!

Works well for me and the stock lenses on my Panasonic G7. Has stayed on the lens pretty much since it arrived 2 years ago.

Great filter! Did just what I needed it for: photographing oil paintings without glare. Well machined aluminum; turns smoothly.

For my use it is more than adequate. Hoya is a great brand in the photo-world, and for the money I was not disappointed

Another outstanding product from Hoya. Better get as I was informed of limited production. I guess you could always purchase cheaper quality ones but you will get what you pay for. Yes it is glass and not plastic. I got mine to fit a spare filter holder for Nikon 300 2.8 ais lens. Works wonderful but will not fit normally. I happen to have extra filter holder that I had for future parts, I only had to have center hole enlarged and retreaded, now all 39mm filters fit. I can also double stack slim filters, How about that Nikon.

I have an ultrawide lens (Samyang 12mm on CMOS) that I've begun using for landscapes. I needed a polarizer but knew that a circular one wouldn't work for this lens. So I went with this and couldn't be happier. Performs very well.

I always take landscape pictures. The Polarizer filter is a must for anti reflection from water and non metalic subjects

just fits over the lens but when it retracts you need to be there to catch it as it will fall off. Didn't really do what I wanted when i bought a polarized lens. Make need a higher quality?

I don't think you can buy a better Linear Polarizer Glass Filter. Great price too.

This item proves that one can use linear, as opposed to circular, polarizers with DSLRs. I do wish that the anti-reflection coating was better, but Hoya seems to be deemphasizing linear polarizers.

We have tried several brands of linear polarizers and find the Hoya is far superior to the others. We use two polarizers against each other in one lens. This way we can go completely dark or very light. The "completely dark" is not possible with the other linear polarizers.

I use this on my canon 40d with the 28-70 f/2.8 and it works great. A little awkward to rotate with the hood on the lens but overall a great buy.

As per a Popular Photography article the combination of the LIN polirizer with the CIR polirizer on the lens First enables you to get the effect of a variable ND filter,on DSLR cameras. The use of a lens shade is restricted because you need to rotate the Lin POL without disturbeing the CIR polirizer

This filter performs exactly as it should. I do have other polarizing filters that consume between .5 and 1 stop less light but they also cost much more. Otherwise, this filter performs exactly as it should!

I bought this filter for an old Konica T3. It worked very well and gave me the results I needed. I have always used the Hoya brand of filters. Very durable and well packaged.

Needed adapter before I could use this filter. Fit great and like color when in use.
From the trusted brand of Hoya comes the 62mm Linear Polarizer Glass Filter, a high-quality and durable accessory for your photography needs. This filter is designed to selectively allow light rays into your camera lens, effectively reducing unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces like water and glass.
The Hoya Linear Polarizer Glass Filter is not just an anti-reflection tool, but also a means to enhance your images. It works to saturate colors, making them more vibrant, and increases contrast for a more defined and visually striking result.
While polarizers come in two variations - linear and circular - this product is a linear polarizer. It's particularly compatible with older camera meters, making it a versatile addition to your photography kit. For compatibility with your specific camera model, please refer to your camera's manual.
Whether you're a landscape photographer seeking to minimize glare from water bodies or a street photographer looking to reduce reflections from glass buildings, the Hoya 62mm Linear Polarizer Glass Filter is an easy-to-use and effective solution.
