The package includes a 17" teleprompter, a sturdy pedestal, and a versatile dolly. The system can comfortably accommodate camera setups up to 36.5 lbs when the full 17" teleprompter is mounted without the counterweight. Without the teleprompter system, the pedestal can support cameras up to 56.8 lbs.

For your convenience, this solution also comes with a hard case for the pedestal and a carrying bag for the dolly. The 17-Inch Teleprompter System, part of Ikan's 4th generation professional teleprompter series, is designed for quick and easy setup, making it ideal for outside broadcast applications or professional studios.

The lightweight aluminum teleprompter offers multiple 3/8-16" and 1/4-20" mounting options for the pedestal. The teleprompter monitor is versatile with SDI, HDMI, & VGA inputs. Experience extreme clarity with the high-quality 70/30 made-in-America teleprompter glass that provides the perfect balance of reflection and pass-through without distorting the image. With 1000 nits, the prompting image remains crisp and visible under any lighting conditions, be it under the sun or studio lighting.

Our professional line teleprompters are designed to accommodate a wide range of camera sizes. They include four different camera mount bases and counterweights, and the base can conveniently slide to adjust the weight without the need to remove the plate.

The fluid head of the system features individual locks for both pan and tilt, 15-steps of adjustable counterbalance system, and 8 steps of pan & tilt dampening. The dual panhandles allow for firm control on your shots and are perfect for mounting zoom, focus, and iris controls.

The pneumatic pedestal includes an air pump for injecting air into the center column and an air release for fine-tuning the balance. Once the perfect balance is achieved, adjusting the height of the center column becomes effortless. The pedestal system, without the teleprompter, can support payloads weighing up to 61.7 pounds.

The pedestal features dual carbon fiber legs for each section, providing support up to 66 lbs when mounted onto the heavy-duty dolly. The dolly base has track lock wheels to maintain direction during complex dollying and tracking shots, and can also achieve radial arc shots by locking the wheels in certain positions.

The 17-inch Teleprompter includes a rail for easy balancing of your entire teleprompter setup, allowing you to offset the entire teleprompter setup up to 7 inches.
