Shopper : Can someone quantify how many feet of canvas this amount of ink can print assuming an equal distribution of colors for the prints?

Happy with Canon, not Adorama

The ink is great. Getting the order correct and complete never concluded. I was sent all but one ink tank. After receiving two wrong products I gave up and bought the last ink tank from another company. This one correct.

Only use OEM Inks!!!

The inks are exceptional. I like that the tasks come in three sizes. Canon regulates the price, so everyone sells for the same - but Adorama's free shipping and impeccable customer service make this a mainstay for my business. Never ever ever use non-Canon manufactured inks in a Canon printer. Not just because the inks are inferior - but because they are pretty tamper proof. Older models even had computer chips in the tanks that counted down. Even if you refilled with OEM ink, the chip would have to be replaced - which is a huge waste of time and expense. I've seen on youtube that there is a way to "refill" these tanks, but I'm not going to bother. I'll just upgrade to the 700ml tanks when I can.

Ink cost per print is really very little to risk poor performance

I have had printers from Canon, HP, Epson and others over the years. Having worked in the photo business and being familiar with the details of color science, I realize just how much goes into making consistent color, penetration, gloss, longevity etc. I always use the manufacturers inks on their machines. Ink cost per print is really very little to risk poor performance.

If you have the printer, this is the ink for you

If you have a newer Canon 24" or wider, this is the ink for you. The choice of size (160, 330, or larger) is yours. If you are a heavy printer then pick the larger cartridge, if your are not a large commercial establish and only occasionally print, then the smaller size, the PFI-1100, is for you. Purchase an off-brand ink - NEVER. I want to be assured of excellent color results. Why the complete set - because a cartridge can end in the middle of print and I want to be ready with a new cartridge immediately. I cannot wait 1-2 days (minimum) to get a new cartridge.
