This ink set is expensive but of great quality.
Ordering from Adorama was quick and easy from selection of the ink set through check out. Ink set arrived on time which I appreciated asI was working on a tight schedule.
I have been ordering photo supplies and equipment from Adroama since 1977 and never had a problem. Strongly recommend Adroama as a source for photo needs.

Expensive but worth it
Canon OEM ink is definitely the way to go. I wish it wasn't so expensive because that's what tempts people to buy third-party ink. However, this stuff is gold and the prints are fabulous.

Canon's ink sets are top shelf, that's a given. But Adorama got the product to me quickly and well packaged. What's not to like?

For keeping extra on hand

Buy OEM ink when it matters
Buying OEM ink is the way to go when your prints matter. Adorama filled the order and shipped it quickly. The prints from this ink are incredible!

Hate the price, love the product
This ink - which of course can't be judged separately from its printer (Pro-1000 looks absolutely stunning on the right paper. I just wish the price for a set weren't well over half the cost of the entire printer. And Canon being out of stock of the maintenance cartridge is not at all good - an inexpensive piece (I'm not even allowed to mention the price?!) that puts you out of business if the old one fills up, and then the printer goes into ink-wasting maintenance cycles if you don't/can't print regularly.

Top Quality Inks
These inks are manufactured to archival standards for museum quality prints. They produce excellent color rendition without bleed on archival quality stock. Simply superb quality but at a high price; which is common for this level of printer and ink. The printer manufacturers practically give away the printers but more than make up for it by the cost of the ink. Nevertheless, if you are truly interested in museum quality prints with archival life expectancy, this is the only way to go.

Late delivery
The only problem was the late delivery, but that is probably the fault of UPS. It was supposed to be delivered on a Friday, and it was not delivered until the following Wednesday. UPS did indicate to me that there would be a delay.

Exceptional ink! Amazing service!
The very best ink available for my printer, the Canon Pro 1000! I was tempted to purchase generic ink but I?m so glad I sprang for the real deal. It creates the most beautiful tones and details in my landscape prints. Adorama customer service was exceptional too, keeping me up to date on a backorder situation from Canon. The shipping world is upside down but Adorama kept me in the loop every step of the way.

Canon ink for Canon printers
The canon Pro-1000 is by far the best printer I have owned and using Canon Ink is the only way to insure that the printer will keep functioning at it?s high level.

QUALITY PRODUCES QUALITY!
Colors are true with this ink, calibrated monitor and correct paper profiles installed on my Pro 1000 Canon printer. I insist on the highest quality results, otherwise why spend all that money on equipment. It's ridiculous to spend thousands on camera, lens, printer, monitor, then wimp out on buying a quality long lasting ink!

Canon ink is expensive but so is replacing a print head.
I know there’s a push among people who have photo printers to get ink for the best price possible. I only buy Canon OEM ink. I keep track of how much ink goes to the maintenance tank & weigh my cartridges each week so I’m painfully aware of how much ink is being used to maintain the print head in good condition. And OEM ink is expensive. BUT IT’S CONSISTENT!
I buy 2 cartridges every 3-4 weeks to stay ahead having to buy 3 or 4 at once. The ink is great and I’m giving it 4 stars simply because of the artificially high expense.

Chrome optimizer for Canon Pro 1000
This allows for switching between photo black and Matt black. Saves ink.
