I definitely would only buy Epson OEM glasses. Others may have crosstalk n flash randomly while watching movies.STEVE B : The Epson Active Shutter 3D Glasses I purchased on May of 2013 for my Epson 5010 Projector were new out of the box.
Bob P : Do these work over standard trifocal glasses?CHARLES N : Yes they do work over trifocals, I use these myself on bifocals progressive and you just wear them over your existing glasses. They take a little getting use to but they quickly become almost unnoticeable. STEVEN Z : Absolutely, they are awesome!KEN U : These will fit over most standard glasses. When I wear them over my regular glasses they are pushed forward slightly so they sit further forward on my nose than I would like. When the nose pieces rest on your nose in this position it can feel like they are plugging your nose. The solution I have found is to try and get them to rest on my regular glasses and not push on the soft tissue of my nose. Often times I will put the earpieces over the top of my ears like earmuffs which changes the angle of the lenses and lets them rest on my glasses. This works quite well and I can watch for hours with no problems.STEVEN B : I do not have trifocal glasses but wear regular glasses. These fit comfortable over my standard eyeglasses. I believe these will fit. As for if they will work, I believe they will over the "normal" area of your trifocals. Whatever you would use to view at a distance these will work just fine. Like I said I have corrective eyewear and these work just fine. Hope that helps.DON F : They work perfectly well over regular bi-focals so I don't see why they shouldn't work with tri-focals.
