It's a love affair
I have purchased paper that seems to enjoy arguing with everything I want to print. Epson metallic paper seems to be having a love affair with my art. Sometimes I'm a little embarrassed by how much it seems to care about everything I choose to print.

Great print paper
It is great paper to print in. Once I found it I never use anything else. I would suggest every serious photographer try it at least once.

Great Seascape Paper
Living in New England it is easy to find seascapes and photo compositions including water. Chrome papers offer that sparkle and punch that really bring the highlights forward adding depth to the printed image. Viewing location and lighting plays a big part in getting the most from the media. Stronger direct light provides an almost 3D effect as the angle of the print to light source changes. The glossy paper has a more pronouced effect than the Luster version.
I am printing with the Epson Artisan 1430 using dye inks and not the pigment ink. This paper works with this printer and ink very well.
This larger size was my choice for a project containing several larger seascapes and lighthouses. All of the images have highly specular highlights and they suit the properties of the paper very well.
The downside of this paper is it's brightness is not as high as the Epson Ultra Premium papers, and it is not as heavy/thick.

Good stuff! If you like shiny objects... ??
New to printing on my own but have always really like the metallic prints for darker photos, waterfalls etc, this paper has been turning out beautiful prints through a relatively old Epson printer

Great paper, good price
Recently tried this paper for an exhibit and was VERY pleased with the results. Images gained from the wide range and color. Looked great for both people and more graphic images. If lit well it's even more impressive.

Inexpensive alternative to metal prints
Great for bright color printing. Nice alternative to metal prints. Not recomended for B & W

I definitely recommend this paper for large contrast photos
I bought an Epson SureColor P800 printer and received a packet of photo prints of a selection of Epson photo papers. The Metallic Glossy Paper looked interesting and I had recently taken a photo of the moon with a very long lens that gave a good amount of detail. I printed the moon on the Metallic Glossy paper which resulted in the detail of the moon surface against the black background of the night almost jumping out of the picture. I definitely recommend this paper for large contrast photos.

Not the best
some prints were wasted because the emulsion was not present. The print had areas that the ink didn't go on. Other prints would be fine. The icc profile for red river silver metallic seemed to work better than the one for this paper
