Easy to use and was the life of the party. Once I installed the driver I ran into little problems setting it up. The picture are crisp and the speed to print is good.

I don?t really know how well it works because my order was incomplete due to some items being on back order. So based on what I can rate, the product looks like it?s built well. The color they chose for it looks super out dated but that?s the least of worries. I can not wait to see this thing in action.

Solid event printer. Built like a tank with good print quality. We have used different Hiti models in the past effectively. They seem to work better with Windows OS than Mac and it can sometimes be an adventure to update firmware.

I needed this for a client holiday party where the attendants got a printed picture with Santa. This served that purpose very well. The only thing I wish it had was a tray to catch the prints.

Color of prints is way off and it keeps printing dead spots. It is fresh out of the box and prints look WAY over exposed and the dead spots move. Inconsistent print quality so far. I will try it will a photo booth tonight, but not impressed so far.

This is my 2nd 525L. My first has17,000 clicks. Had I chosen the Sinfonia, or DNP I'd of spent $1000+ more for ribbon and paper. The tech support by Hiti is solid. That alone makes Hiti a great buy. You WILL have issues with ANY printer. Hiti sells their printers at a loss at $ making $$$ on supplies. I am at $ M-F CA 8-5 pm time you will speak to Darren or another tech. A couple times I have been in the middle of and event and they helped out.

I searched and research a couple of months for photo printer for my new business venture. Of course, being a new business I did not want to spend a lot anyway, but still wanted a quality printer. I was in process of pulling the trigger on a different brand with a higher price but had a change of heart - boy am I glad I did. Love it - love it love it! Great buy.

Printer is exactly what I was looking for when I needed an event printer for Santa photo shoots at a local shopping mall. Used exclusively for 5x7 prints. However, a nice advertised feature is the ability to print via NFC. Couldn't get it to work with a Samsung Galaxy S7 and a Nexus 7 tablet (both equipped with NFC). Continuously got a null error message. Website support is silent on this issue.

If your main purchase point for this printer is the wireless aspect, LOOK ELSEWHERE. The PrintBiz app that provides the wireless capabilities is unreliable and prone to crashes. True the printer is faster than the previous P510 series of printers but 3 times as noisy but without an SD card slot and a direct printing option from the printer the P510 version is vastly superior.

So far the only complaint I have is that the printer is a bit heavy. Other than that it is awesome! It prints well and I was even able to purchase a catch tray for prints directly from Hiti for $ delivered! Great printer at a great price!
