I purchased 2 monitors for remote working and the picture quality is great and easy connections. I got the HDMI connection to work but I had an issue getting the USB connection to work with a different laptop (and still can't get it to work). Otherwise it would be a 5 star rating

Very clear realistic picture. No speakers. No camera. Has 2 USB 3 ports. The support stand is very adjustable in all directions including to the left and to the right. Best monitor that I have ever owned? Almost!

I previously owned one of HP's rotating monitors. It was much easier to use, I just rotated it and it immediately adjusted. This monitor seems to need to be set up through the Display Settings every time I want to change rotation. I had trouble setting the monitor up since so many cords came with it. Some of the cord setups failed and I thought the monitor was broken. I was about to send the whole thing back. The screen would go blank if I so much as touched a cord, and forget rotating the whole screen. I finally got one of the cords to work but the whole process has been tedious. Still no auto rotate. I'm not sure if this is the way they are now or if I don't have it properly configured. Next step is the hassle of contacting tech support to get help and see if this is it or can it be made to work better. the picture looks good. I haven't used the monitor for long enough or through very many programs because I am still trying to get things working right. I am fond of the HP brand but this monitor has not yet met my expectations.

Easy to assemble and I love the flip side turning it different directions allows it to fit into a tight space.

Purchased two screens for work. Adjustable bases work well and adjust easily. Much heavier and better built than other LED monitors that I’ve purchased in the past.

The monitor is wonderful. The only downside is that the power cord seems like it has a shortage in it. Don't know why that is if it is brand new.

First of all, I purchased an HP EliteDisplay E243 23.8 inch Monitor. Secondly, I received a monitor that displayed only a black screen. Thirdly, the customer service was a 1 out of 10. It is three weeks from the time I received the monitor and I am still waiting for my replacement. All the printers, laptops and computers I own are HP and I think I may have to find another company to purchase any future computers. Sorry HP, you have disappointed me greatly.

I'm happy with the screen, but I'm not happy with how finicky the power connector is at the screen. Tiny bumps to any part of the screen and it goes poof. Seriously considering returning it, as I'm concerned it will only get worse with time.

I have only had this a week, but I have 2 of them at work and that is why I purchased it - It has great clarity; I love the rotating feature, it is remarkably easy to hook up to my laptop. I would purchase it again - and may just have to have a second one!

The monitor came defective, the monitor wouldn't sense the power or HDMI connection. It has been a pain to try to get a refund.

I thought this monitor had speakers, however I cant find any information about audio. I sent HP an e-mail asking for assistance, but I never got an answer. So zero stars for customer service. Aside from that, it works fine.

I've only had my monitor under a week and it works great as an addition to my Spectre 360 laptop for working remotely. Very easy to connect, just plugged it in (HDMI option) and it was ready to go. Screen resolution/color is very good and functionality is good and it's a quality build. I even figured out (through HP User group) how to use my keyboard laptop in tablet mode and keep my laptop screen out of view/out of the way (had to disable an Intel function). Had I not been able to do that my rating would be lower since I have a small home work space. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars (Overall and Performance) instead of 5 is because I've used it just under a week. A big thank you to the HP online chat rep who helped me find this as a very compatible monitor for my needs! I even received the monitor much sooner than quoted, got it in three business days.

Due to COVID 19 I had to set up an office space, the monitors work great and the view on them is clear. Being able to order and have them delivered in a timely fashion was a real benefit.

I bought this at the end of march to work remotely. My need was a second monitor to my eliteone monitor. I spoke with the sales team to ensure I had the appropriate monitor to ensure it is compatible with my computer. Very helpful and arrived faster than the expected timeframe. Screen quality is great and easy to set up. Highly recommend.

I really like the size and all of the features. It small and ease to instill. I like the slide it up-and-down and can swirls right to left. I also was able to get rid of my speakers, it has speakers attach.

Have been using this for over 2 months now and performance is really the best. Very stable, high quality HP product compared to other vendors in the market. The adjustable stand is very helpful. Also I was able to set up a custom screen resolution that suits me. Highly increases productivity. Also HP is providing good customer support.
