Print quality and speed is very good. The installation process was poor, the instructions were incorrect but I was able to figure it out on my own. I leave the printer on 7/24 but sometimes it doesn't connect via wifi and I have to power off/on to get it to connect. I don't like the display screen on top of the printer. I'd prefer it be on the front (and larger) becuase I keep the printer on a shelf so I can't see the display on top easily.

The printer works well once you get past the software installation process. No HP assistance was available, repeated attempts to get help have still to be answered.

Unfortunately, this purchase never happened. After several weeks of waiting for the product, and after a follow up call, I learned that order could not be delivered unless I could wait for another 3-4 weeks. HP has a policy that they can't split order and deliver partial (printer from cartridge)??? I waisted a month, no updates from HP customer service or any communication. Terrible experience and definitely not going back to HP anymore... poor business practice and so disappointing.

I bought it 2 weeks ago. The tech. Dept of your company worked over 3 hours on it but it still did not work. So the man told me to let you know that it is a bad product. So l need to return it to your company

I bought this less than a month ago and have to send it back as a thin black line started showing up on the center of my images. Some images had no line, some had a partial line and some a full line down the entire image. Luckily this happened within 30 days and HP will replace it with a brand new scanner. Only thing is I have to wait a few days to get an email with return label. Then I have to call UPS for pickup, send the scanner back to HP. Only after receiving the defective scanner will HP send me the new one. I didn't have any other issues with the scanner or have it long enough to comment further.
