failed

Not sure what happened but the cartridge failed during a plot. I was told by Imtek of Nashua New Hampshire that I now need a new plotter. The plotter will not function with this cartridge in place.

Packaging

This product arrived in a padded enveloped, but appeared to have been roughly handled at some time during shipment. There is evidence that the cartridge box has been smashed, but I do not believe that the cartridge is damaged. I have not opened the box yet, as I didn't want the cartridge to dry out.

Product arrived quickly and worked perfectly

HP website is easy to navigate and allows for quick checkout, we have an old plotter at the ofice that doesn't get a lot of use, but when it does it's nice to be able to get ink over nighted for next day use.

Old reliable

I’ve been buying the second hand (as I call them now) ink cartridges the resellers have been peddling and came back to the OE cartridges from HP and found them to be unsurpassable by any other brands. I will only us original HP products in my wide format plotter from now on.

HP cartridge 82

Yet another pesky problem for small users, but the cartridge works well. I just added a Designjet 111 to previous 100 plus carelessly thinking they could use a common cartridge supply. Wrong, causing delay in my work while awaiting new 82 hicap cartridges. The anti-refill feature should have simply been added to the 10 and 11 cartridges.
