A standout in Cartridge Ink

I learned several years ago to only use true HP-supplied inks. I have found OEM and recycled toners never operate perfectly, producing lines across the paper. While HP's toners are a little more expensive, they have always worked perfectly in my HP printer. HP's customer service is excellent and their program for sending back old cartridges could not be easier.

You get what you pay for!

Printer cartridges are easy to replace and the discarded cartridge can be returned (dropped off at UPS store) for recycling postage paid by HP.

A succinct summary would be that this is an excellent product. 
Direct purchase from HP gave me the added confidence the product was genuine. I have bought other HP Cartridges from various online sellers. I found them to be deficient in one aspect or another. I love my HP Enterprise M553 and will be buying three more cartridges shortly. 
In terms of customer service, what is of concern is that it is extremely difficult to speak to an individual within HP immediately after making an online purchase. It seems everything is geared towards impersonal "non-human" communication. This was disappointing. Otherwise the experience was excellent.

Bought yellow and magenta cartridges. Solved the streaking on my print. So, worked perfectly! I love HP's approach to returning old cartridges in the same box, preprinted label and just drop off at UPS. Very environmentally oriented policy and practice. Thanks HP.

Love great hp quality

I've purchased discount toner cartridges on Amazon but the produced bad print. I really didn't want to pay HP's high price but the cartridge worked perfectly. I will continue to purchase original cartridges despite the high price

I purchase all of our office printer cartridges on HP.com. I have tried knock offs and office supply sites and prefer to go straight to HP now. Free next day delivery is the best and the discounts are consistent and helpful.

Does the job

To be fair, my original magenta toner that came with the $1000 printer broke before 10% used. It kept spitting out toner inside of the printer and streaking my pages red. Perhaps due to the new "agitator" they use now inside the toner. HP support told me to call a service tech. (I'm an electronics engineer). Sadly, after purchasing the new $200+ red toner, the blue is now streaking my papers. I love my 10 year old HP black laser printer. Keeps on working. But this new color one? I've been tempted to beat it with a hammer!

I had my old toner cartridge for over a year and it gave me good quality prints throughout its lifespan. I would highly recommend use of genuine HP cartridges for maximum benefit of an HP printer.

Original Toner & Not Refurbished

I had two of my cartridges go out on me. They started with streaks across my prints, then they would spill the toner all over the inside of my printer. Called in tech support thinking there was something wrong with my printer. When they came out and told me the cartridges are defective and I need new ones, I was pretty upset since they were still more than half full. I'm not about to spend $400 on more defective cartridges. I recommend finding better quality toner from another company because there will not get you the quality you think.
