I like my HP printer, so I give it HP ink
I like my HP printer, but the ink is more expensive than many others. I like how easily it is to drop the empty cartridges in the mail for free recycling. I do not like how fast the ink seems to evaporate since I am printing less often. I feel like I am only getting half as much use.

Fresh off the "assembly line"
I like getting ink directly from HP. Heat and time decreases the amount of copies that I can make.

Versatile Ink
This ink is very versatile. When I run out of black ink, I can still print in sepia or another accepted color. Pictures come out clear and complete. I am happy with HP inks.

HP website misinformed about substitution for discontinued ink cartridges
HP said these were the substitutes for printer, but the printer will not recognize them as cartridges

How do I get a refund for an "incompatable" item?
Initially I received the HP 67 cartridge for my printer, with the message "Try this". It was not compatible. I did not receive a return envelope. The HP 61 cartridge works!

Infrequent printing issue
I'm a senior and don't print many documents....only at tax time of year. I find every year that I need to replace my toner cartridges just to print out the few pages I need, even though there appears to be adequate toner still left in the cartridges (both black&white and colour). I find it irritating that I need to buy new cartridges every year for this purpose. What can HP do to fix this issue, if anything??

Easy as walking to the mailbox!
Having my HP ink delivered is a blessing AND a time-saver! As soon as the printer notifies me that my ink is getting low, I place an order online and the ink arrives in just a few days! I always have ink on hand and never have to run out to the store. Therefore, my "work day" is used for work, and not running out for more ink!

Illegal mugging of your wallet
Too expensive, you got everybody over a barrel cuz you know they need this ink in this printer. Nothing else will work. Cartridge is not even full when you get it. Doesn't last as long as it should.
