I ordered the Subject HP 64 2-pack while chatting with a HP Chat person who had asked what kind of printer I had. Turned out that my HP printer being an older model is not compatible with the Subject HP 64 2-pack ink cartridges. I had to return this item.

Way too expensive and doesn't last very long. I'm going to explore printers that you can refill the ink.

Printer ink never received! Address was put in correctly, or else they never would have been able to charge my bank account which they did. The address on actual mailing was changed and I was left in limbo for over 2 weeks with updates that my order was coming soon. When I finally reached hp, after the shipper, there was no satisfaction.

Evidently for your ink cartridge purchased thru their automatic replenishment system to work on your printer you have to stay on the program or your cartridge won't continue to print. I bought a regular cartridge and then saw the auto replenishment program and assigned up. They immediately sent me an auto replenish cartridge. I used up the regular cartridge and loaded the auto replenishment cartridge. I then realized that I don't do that much printing and they replenish based on TIME, not usage. So I cancelled the program. Immediately my cartridge would no longer print. I can find no mention of this in their literature. BEWARE!

I prefer and like using HP inkjets on my HP printer. I have had the printer for many years and never have had a problem with it. I believe it's because I don't risk the possibility of contaminating it with other brands of inkjets. Plus I like the ability to return used inkjets in postage free envelopes.

I ordered from several other sellers and still had problems with my printer - no issues with the HP ink or order at all - everything worked great and to boot they included an envelope to put old cartridges in to recycle :)

I thought the autofill program would save me time. Immediately upon signing up I received ink, after I had just ordered ink. (poor internal communication). Now I had two packs of fresh ink. So, I cancelled the autofill program, thinking since I don't do a LOT of printing I didn't want more shipped to me.The problem came when I put the autofill ink cartridge in the printer - IT WOULD NOT PRINT. Evidently unless you are in the autofill program the autofill ink cartridge will not print. That way they tie you into their HP autofill program. So, now I have 2 cartridges I cannot use and I am out the cost. NOT COOL! I will buy my ink elsewhere from now on.

The page amounts listed- around 200 - seem a bit exaggerated. I got 126 on the smaller cartridge and 354 on the xl one that touts around 600. Far cry from the estimates. I understand it depends on a few variables, like how filled each page is, how bold is your font, etc, but still is quite a ways from the approximations.

Printed very few pages and the color cartridge is already empty. Very expensive product. Not a good return on $$$ invested.

I have always gone by the rule of using /only/ OEM ink for printers. Yes, it costs more than after market ink. But in the long run, after market ink is, on balance, not worth it. Manufacturing inconsistencies make it too unpredictable and unstable. HP ink for my HP printer is a sure bet and has never failed. Plus, HP does a great job fulfilling online orders and easily facilitates the recycling of used carts.

The HP ink cartridges are the best! The price could be a bit better however. The same item can be purchased from different venues (Staples) for less.
