Great mobile option

It is not eligible for Instant Ink - this is a big selling feature for me as I live rural and do not have quick access to purchase when it gets low. Purchasing this ink retail is stupidly expensive. I live where there is no Amazon Prime 'free delivery', so they want another $35 to ship anything to where I live.

Prints and scans fine but it is very slow. I haven't had much time to print or scan since new purchase. I have noticed the paper alignment for scanning is really small (not a lot of papers fit) and hard to align paper straight into feeder.

This is the most convenient, hi tech, easy to use, printer money can buy!

It doesn't print anything if the cartridge in the printer has been unused for a while. I tried to clean old ink from the cartridges and followed all troubleshooting but nothing is printed whatsoever. The printer does not show any ink levels even though the cartridges are unused.

I love this little all-in-one which as the capacity to print even on photographic paper! I travel a great deal and having this little machine which has its own protective case is a real joy. It is small enough to fit in a 29" suitcase and lightweight enough to fall within airline weight guidelines when packed with your clothes!

The final steps to connect with the printer were incomplete. It would have been beneficial to know how to find the password for the printer when prompted to connect.

Disappointing installation experience

The printer itself is perfect, small, nice battery life, great print and scan quality. The HP software, however, is what makes this a horrible purchase. It is glitchy, I very rarely get it to operate more than three days in a row without having to sign in to an account which is required for scanning documents. I often scan documents with people's personal information on them, its kind of sketchy that I have to sign into an account. I've had to re-download drivers on several occasions just to get it to work, Even though there is a wired connection, you can only print and scan wirelessly. I bought this for its mobility, I frequently work in areas where cellular service is poor, so I cannot print or scan until service improves. It has essentially become a $400 dust collector and I have had to resort to an older, wired, larger printer.

GREAT PRINTER, TERRIBLE SOFTWARE

I bought this printer a little over a year and half ago and the paper jam broke. Paid over 450 dollars for this thing and doesn't even last long. It's a great portable printer but doesn't last. Don't buy this

This printer was much bigger than I expected. I would not consider this a "mobile" printer. There are smaller printers available that are more transportable.

Its a great printer

Solid printer, quieter, much faster, and sleeker than the earlier version of this printer. I haven't yet used the all-in-one features. Set-up so far has been easy. I use this purely as a portable printer for running chess tournaments at hotels and haven't set up Wi-Fi yet, although I intend to with a portable router where I create my own subnet.

Quiet and Fast

I love this little printer. Now i can scan all my confiedentual documents without having the UPS Store reading through all my stuff. It works so well. The only small problem I've noted is that when you scan documets over 4 pages, the feeder will sometimes grab 2 pages at once. It usually is fine if you don't snug the document guides too tight.

Expensive but worth it

Bought this printer a month ago. Battery became faulty. Took 3 hours on the phone to get a new battery sent to me. Which is apparently going to take 2 weeks. Very disappointed with every HP agent I spoke to today.

I got mine about 3 months now. Printing ink still not finished

Just as a Tablet to a Laptop. It meets printing..

Just purchased this little guy and has been a life saver. We recently lost our cable tv/internet from a storm and this little guy pulled through with it's wireless ability to connect to my MI-FI device. I also use it from my trunk to print out UPS labels. FAST printing , great color quality.

HP 250 Mobile Series

I bought this product several months ago and have had to install and uninstall the drivers and software dozens of times because the printer will regularly cease to be visible to my laptops when connected to the same wireless network or even when directly plugged in. The amount of time that has been wasted troubleshooting this product is incalculable.

Terrible functionality and worthless software.

Ink cartridges don't last long + scanning, you most often have to manually push papers along. For the price, I thought it would be better.
