Defective Ink Cartridges
Two of the last three replacement 902 ink cartridges have been detective according to the HP Printer in which I inserted them. Rather than go through the hassle of returning them (both black and multicolor since error message didn't specify which one was defective) again, I've decided to buy a Brother printer instead which I hope offers more reliable and cheaper ink supplies.

I always buy / replace my inks with HP inks. they're always bright and clear. no leakage and they always fit into the chambers.

HP printer inks have never disapointed me. they print clear and vibrant pictures and words. I'll always order them because they are the best.

Inexpensive printer, expensive ink
Great cartridge but twice the cost of generic that I'd been using for years till printer wouldn't print unless I had HP installed. Frustrating. Help forum on using generic didn't fix prob, so if I wanted to print had to buy original.

Why so expensive?
The ink works, of course, but it's extremely expensive. HP should allow competition so we users can benefit from reduced costs.

it's the zebra effect
like the ink; like its longevity; the ease of installation...BUT not the opening of the cartridge. The orange tab always gives me fits and starts, but this time it gave me blackened hands, black dots on the wall, and on one of my favorite paintings (that, luckily was glassed). do better please

Original HP cartridges are the only way to go.
The genuine HP cartridges always work flawlessly as opposed to some of the knockoffs and refills. The shipping packaging sucks. There's always one or two of the cartridge boxes damaged during shipping. So far, the cartridges themselves haven't been damaged, but it's just a matter of time. A box would be much better than the flimsy shipping envelope. I love the cartridges, though.

Expensive and inconvenient
Too expensive and is inconvenient that I can only buy from HP. Why is ink a lot more inexpensive at Target or Amazon? But other 920xl doesn't work in the printer.

Poor cartridges
Order came faster then expected. Put it in to my printer and nothing comes out when printing. Ran to staples to get another ink and it works fine.
Been emailing back and forth to customer service and get generic email replies. Still haven't gotten a refund or replacement

Good buy for ink
I have an older HP officejet printer 6968 and to know I can still get ink for it is good knowing I dont have to purchases a new one, when this HP works just fine.Also the service is very good.

Replacement cartridge not working-dry?
After installation, the cyan cart is not being recognized by the printer. Even re-installed and printer page shows no cyan ink at all. This is the first time ink was ordered directly from HP.

Works great doesn't run in the rain like 3rd party inks I have tried. Also I like that I can send the empties back to HP, if I get direct from HP

Prefer the XL cartridges as they last longer, I have tried 3rd party cartridges, but I gave up on them as they ink runs in the rain, do not have that problem (at least noticeably) with HP ink.
