Slow delivery - no reason to buy from HP
With local & on-line shops offering the same item at the same or better price in stock or with faster shipping there's no reason to shop HP direct.

Great product
Great product, great printing quality. I like the big size format, that I don't have to change to fast. I have my printer for a couple of years now and it never failed so far!

not happy with low toner pop up after just changing the cartridge

By original HP print cartridges
Someone had bought a couple of knockoffs: poor copies and cartridge powder all over inside the HP printer were the results. Informed staff not to make that mistake again (they thought they needed a new printer)!!!

customer service fail
it's the wrong item, i'm trying to exchange it, i've filled out the exchange form but nobody has contacted me about it. so i still have this useless toner, no refund, no exchange. still getting promotional emails though, though i have opted out! extremely annoying. please contact me to finish the exchange.
