Using this product in a Canon Rebel XTi. Love the huge capacity especially since I am now shooting in RAW+JPEG. The speed saving each image is amazing and downloads are also faster than any other card I have.

This is a great card! Fast and BIG. Love that I can shoot in RAW and JPEG together and never have to worry about running out of space! Love Lexar products and have never had problem with any of them. And you cant beat the price! :) I have already told friends about the card and sold one to my sister.

Great price from Adorama with the rebate [...] I tested this card against my 300X UMDC and Sandisk Ducarti 4G cards and found only minor performance differences between these high speed cards and the 133X with D300 high speed burst mode. 133X sustains about 5-6 fps for about 50 frames (~8-9 seconds) and the 300x/Ducarti sustain about 6 fps for about 52-55 frames (~9-10 seconds). The price different really cannot justify the slice performance improvement. With my Sandisk pro USB2.0 reader, I don't see much transfer speed different either, perhaps the bottle neck is my card reader.

I use this Lexar card in my D300. In camera write is fast and reliable. Download speeds using a Lexar firewire card reader to my iMac again are fast an reliable. For this size card, I'm not sure faster cards are necessary. Great value.

This is a reliable compact flash card with medium speed. If you are shooting sports and need a quicker CF card, try their quicker version

I use this card with a Canon 40D. I find the size is perfect for my shoots. This card is fast enough to keep up with my 6.5fps for as long as I need it. Great card, better value with the rebate.

The workflow of a shoot often requires getting photos off the camera quickly making a smaller capacity chip practicle but you never want to be caught with out of space when that great shot presents itself therefore this larger capacity chip is very acceptable in our operation.

Cards work well and are fast. I bought 3 8GB cards, enough for a trip.

I use this with my 40D. Compared ot other cards such as the Sandisk Extreme III 30mps and the Lexar 300x, this card seems a little slow. However, unless you are looking for long bursts in raw (for me longer than 3 seconds), you won't notice the slower write speed.

I've recently received a card that I got through a promotion. This is the first time I've used Lexar's products and I am very impressed with my new card.

These 133x cards from Lexar work great in my D700. They are clearly not as fast as the 300x udma cards, but it does take a little while to fill the buffer. Highly recommended.

Very solid construction and very reliable. 8G is very good size for whole weekend shooting without the need to change card. 133x speed add to the value. I recommand this CF card to everyone.

THis is a very good card. Fast enough for most photographers and applications. And with the recent rebates making it FREE, you cannot go wrong. I have never had any problems with the lexar Cf cards,

I shoot club events, and this one works well. No complaints! SanDisk, and Lexar are solid performers. Lexar had a killer deal at the time, so I went with it.

I recently bought the Canon 5D Mk2 and needed to upgrade my CF cards to handle the larger files. The Lexar 8 GB cards represent a great value and and exhibit rock solid reliability. I have used Lexar for years and never had a single failure. And the card is even fast enough to use for video capture.

The card is relatively fast and inexpensive. For the price, I haven't found anything faster.

I use this with a nikon d300, and it works just fine, I cannot tell the difference between this and other compact flash cards I use. the main reason I purchased this card was because of the free rebate, and I have no qualms using it

slower than sandisk, and less reliable. experienced a few file-corruption after appox 30 downloads. doesn't happen with sandisk. It happens under heavy use, extreme temperature. i don't think this will happen to everyone. But if you are a pro shooter, it is not worth the small $ saving and get sued for lost images.

I have purchased the 1st Lexar 8GB 133x CF Card years ago when it was on sale. I used that card the most in my past 3 years' photography and it never let me down. Well, actually most of the CF cards never got me in any trouble. But for the price, speed and quality you can get for this card, I think LEXAR is just awesome. I used it occassionaly for file transfer as well and it done a nice job too.

These are good value cards at present. Not overly fast, but I have 3 of them, and no problems at all (yet!).

So far the card has been fast and reliable, just as good as my other cards. And in case that should ever change, Lexar offers a lifetime warranty on their professional series.

With the recent Lexar rebate for this product, there simply was no way I could not purchase. It's fast and spacious - 8gb? I've been using 4gb cards until this. It is loads faster than my older CF cards - used primarily in my DLSR. Fast read, write, and transfer speeds. Critical when shooting in RAW.

Approx 950 RAW files on a Canon XTi - what more could one want? Plenty fast and quality is on par with Sandisk.

Don't miss that "perfect" shot
By The S.
In this age of digital photography it is very easy to get wrapped up in shooting pictures. Gone is the time when you had to worry about having enough film, missing that "perfect" shot because you ran out of film. Not any more, thanks to this great memory card. I use a Canon 30D and can take 622 RAW + High JPEG pictures. That's a lot of pictures. And transferring them to the computer is fast. All in all this is a GREAT memory card and recommend it to all photographers, whether beginner or pro.
Solid performer
By The S.
This is the 2nd 8GB Lexar card I have, same as the first, and I really like it. It never gives me any problem, is always ready to perform, and holds over 300 RAW files.
