iMicro SP-IM320 USB Headset with Microphone allows you to listen to music and answer the phone. The function control button enables you to quickly take calls when they come in and then switch back to your previous actitivies afterward. The long cord lets you sit away from your computer or console, and the USB connector allows you to use this iMicro headset with microphone on several different types of devices.

I requisition these in bulk for a tech savvy, healthcare call center. We don't use them in the call center itself but do use them for staff. For staff, we utilize these for Skype conferences between team members, teams, and clients. Clients are sometimes billion dollar companies fyi. We have no reason to buy anything sub-par so I recommend giving these a try, especially for the price.

I would recommend this  product because it is crystal clear. You do not have to turn up the volume high to hear the customer.

I bought these for other people to use for online training, but I was surprised at how well they were constructed.  They aren't flimsy at all.

I'd def. recommend these for a purpose such as mine.
