Works great for a big lens

Hi I just bought the GHB a gimbal head for my new sigma 150 to 600 lens at first I got it and it didn’t come with everything that shows in the picture the ball head is sold separately so that’s why I wanna give it four stars but the thing really works awesome and carries a lot of weight and I’m really happy with the product I’ll send you a picture of it

Gimbal will do a good job with minimal weight

If you own a good quality ball head where the camera thread will go horizontal. This Induro GHBA GH-Series Aluminum Gimbal will do a good job with minimal weight. Bruce Lloyd

Great Gimbal Head

Great alternative to the full Gimbal Head. Just make sure you have a very sturdy ball head. Should be fine for lenses up to 500mm. I would recommend this product.

Just Right for Me

This gimbal head is perfect for me because I don't have to remove my ball head to install this. The ball head becomes a part of the gimbal operation and with a quality ball head the whole setup is as smooth as silk! It really is a one finger operation.

Gimbal Smooth

Well built in America. Makes my 300mm f2.8 lens with the 2X weightless. Smooth, very smooth. I knew I had the right tool when photographing four osprey trying to land in the same nest at the same time ... I just locked on one and keep the shutter flyin" ... Follow the target, up down, left, right ... Perfect.

No room for my hands

I tried this product with my Canon 6D and my 100-400 lens. There was just no room to maneuver, and I could not really point high in the sky, Not sure what this is useful for

The Induro GHBA GH-Series Aluminum Gimbal Head is ideal for very long, heavy telephoto lenses used in sports or bird/nature photography. Vertical and horizontal tracking of fast moving objects is quick and easy. And balancing a camera/lens system on a gimbal head makes it essentially "weightless" providing freedom of movement not possible with any other support system. It includes an Arca-Swiss compatible Quick Release Plate. It fits Arca-Swiss compatible QR Clamp on a heavy-duty ballhead.
