Best cart ever , it’s expensive but worth it - it’s a priceless tool
Freedom and Flexibility, Finally
This cart has only one down-side: It's heavy. I chose to save $1000 and get the NXT instead of the EVO which would have shaved ~30lbs. For me, the $1000 savings was worth the weight (get it?). This thing sets up quickly and robustly and has changed my workflow substantially. Instead of bringing in cases and setting up on location, I prepare most of my gear at my truck and then just wheel it in and set things up. The Voyager NXT uses our fully collapsible tool-free design but is priced substantially less than its EVO sibling. The Voyager NXT utilizes steel casters outfitted with our new aluminum dovetail conversion plates, mounting to the cart quickly and with a much tighter feel. This means its more stable and rolls smoother and quieter then ever before. The Voyager NXT is manufactured using the same very best lightweight premium materials used on all INOVATIV carts. Constructed of 5052 and 6061 aluminum, composite material and stainless steel hardware, the NXT is built tough. In fact we've increased the wall thickness of the up-right stanchion tubes specifically for the NXT to make it stronger.
With the portability and slim profile of the Voyager NXT, you can easily collapse and transport the cart in the back of a compact car, small SUV or simply just save space. The Voyager NXT does not include our height adjustable top shelf system (SLAS System) nor our premium EVO wheel system. However, you can upgrade to our premium EVO wheel system and SLAS shelving system at anytime. The NXT is already outfitted with the aluminum dovetail making the transition to the EVO wheel system incredibly easy. All Voyager NXT models come standard with 10" wheels, made of generic steel casters and our aluminum dovetail adapter. They are easily removable and pack away into the carts internal space when collapsed.
There are 3 upgrade options: You can upgrade to any of these options at any time, but the cost is greatly reduced when upgrading at the time of purchase. If you are interested in all upgrade options, then the best way is to purchase a Voyager EVO model.
• EVO Wheel System - Lightweight, machined aluminum wheels and casters with sealed steel bearings. Guaranteed to give you the smoothest ride around. A significant increase in stability to the steel casters.
• SLAS System - Height adjustable post system, allowing user to raise top shelf by 10", in 2" increments.
• X-Top - Voyager top shelf featuring a folded front lip. Great for using keyboards / computers on the top shelf. Also features 2 x Threaded Rail Plates, pre-installed.
