I got these headphones about two weeks ago and want to give an honest review of how I've got on. Setting up the headphones was really quite simple once I had plugged in the usb dongle into the Xbox series x usb. The sound from the headphones was really quite an improvement on my old wired ones and when talking to my friends that were online was clear and they reported no issues in hearing me either. Sounds from games were very good too. The headphones came with quite a long charger cable too so it was handy to use them whilst charging when they did need charging.Battery life seemed good too when using them wirelessly. Overall I was really impressed with the headphones.

I got these headphones a few weeks ago and I'm so pleased, it is easy to connect to your PlayStation and connect with other players online. I also connected with my laptop for meetings and the sound it is great, clear. On the right side you have the bottom to turn it on/off which it connects in seconds to the device, you can also turn it up/down the volume as you wish

I have previously not used the JBL headsets and was extremely impressed with the immersive sound experience and the quality of the dual wireless connection given the price of the headset. The detachable mic and the excellent battery life were an added bonus since I end up playing for long hours on the weekends. Additionally, compared to the pricier options, the headset is quite comfortable and lightweight with a durable headband and memory foam ear cushions. I would definitely recommend the headset compared to some of the other headsets as value for money really stands out.

Great little handset. I think this is a really good headset for the money as it works across a variety of different platforms, whether that is using the built-in Bluetooth, or the dongle that's provided. Used on a variety of games from shooters, more action and adventure games, and it served this purpose really well. The build quality of the item was really good as well as was the fit of the headphones. If you're in the market for some decent gaming headphones, not a ridiculous price, I would strongly consider these, especially for the multiple use for all the different consoles and mobiles and virtual reality headsets.

The JBL Quantum 360X Wireless for XBOX headphones are similar in style to headphones twice the price and are comfortable with large areas your ears sit inside. The are easy to connect with the USB adaptor to a computer or Bluetooth to a phone, both worked quickly. You can have both at the same time, which is a cool feature. As you may expect the sound is not as loud as higher priced headphones, so will probably be a spare for my daughter's gaming. If they had been slightly better, I would have given a 5 star review. Seems good enough to me for watching Netflix on my phone. There are volume controls for gaming and master volume, plus a mute. Charging is easy using the micro USB charging lead, and the quick charge gives you an hour with 5 minutes of charge, or 2 hours for a full charge. They also maintain the charge for up to 26 hours on full charge, though have not tested yet, they certainly seem to hold charge for a long time.

Very impressed with these headphones. firstly the comfort was excellent when wearing over long periods of time and the arms didn't adjust on there own which had been an issue previously! The second feature that I loved was the clear crisp sound, no fuzziness, no crackling,l and from what I have been told could be heard clearly!

I have been using JBL quantum 360 headsets for over 4 weeks now and I can strongly recommend this product to other users that require great user performance. The sound quality is definitely value for money and offers great adjustments for different head shapes and sizes. The negative I found was the microphone. As it is not very strong and robust like the other JBL brands on the market I would give this product a 4 star as there could be some improvements but this model is cheaper than it competitors in the JBL range But the performance is great and would offer users a great value for money so I would strongly recommend purchasing this product.

Really like this product. It connects up really easy and I cannot fault the brilliant 3D sound that comes out of it. It lasts a long time battery wise and still is comfortable after prolong periods of use. I would recommend this

Bought this a month ago, it is really lightweight and has great 3D surround sound. I especially like the modern white colour and goes well with my PS. The connectivity is smooth and easy and battery life is fab. Less than 2h to charge and lasts ages. Great for an avid gamer

These headphones are great, not only are they easy to pair ro your device they give out fantastic sound quality, i used these with my computer console and ive never had sound quality this good, i installed the jbl app to try different settings and this was very easy to use, the battery life is very good and dont take long to charge up once dead, they are very light and comfortable and the design is good! The microphone is very clear and good that you can flip it up to mute and the noise cancelling is very good! Overall a good set of headphones that i would recommend to others!

We got this just over a month ago. Was worried about the separate mic and mic sponge. The over ear headphone is comfortable and soft, not heavy or sweaty on the ear, easy to clean. The sound is fantastic, not tinny or over bassy. I use them for gaming, team meetings and have replaced my iPods with this headset for my general listening to music.

The packaging is really cool and it definatly grabs your eye, it has all of the information needed without adding too much, opening the box everything is packed neatly and in a bag surrounded by cardboard so it's secure, I think it looks a bit plasticy and it feels it too, but the sound quality is phenomenal for the price, the bass is really good and using the software on pc you can adjust it to your liking. Overall I think it's a great product

I've used this headset for a while now and I've got to say one of its best features is its comfort. It is lightweight, fits well and did not cause my ears to overheat. I've used it for multiple hours without a break and did not experience any discomfort. The sound was very impressive, especially at this price point. The 3d surround sounds adapted with my game, and helped me feel immersed with what was going on. I have only used them with my X-Box series S, using the wireless dongle. It connected automatically on power up and required little setup to get going. I didn't notice any serious latency and the signal reached quite far, even when I went into different rooms. I can't honestly say I have tested the microphone properly as I am more of a solo gamer nowadays, it is however convenient having the option to remove it so as not to be in the way. The battery life was great, they lasted longer than I could sit on a single charge. I also used them plugged in to the mains to begin with, with no issues. The controls took a little getting used to, but everything is there that you will need and they all work fine. I will say that there is a bit of a lightweight/plasticy feel to them which you don't get with higher end sets, but you can't expect too much at this price-point. An added unexpected bonus was the free month of gamepass! Worked out perfect for me to play a few games I'd been meaning to without having to fork out any extra money! Overall I think that this is a very competitive headset at this price. It has a lot of good features and has good comfort and sound quality. I would recommend for anyone looking for a decent budget headset.

These headphones are great, they have such a good sound to them and they are so comfortable to wear had them on almost all day. The battery life on them is great and they charge up really quickly to. I love that the mic is detachable as well so if I'm listening to music I can just detach the mic. It connects perfectly to my computer phone and Xbox. I really like the look of them to.

I bought this headset not too long ago from Argos and they were amazing to use, felt comfortable, hours of amazing gameplay. Until today, I put them in as usual and all of a sudden, the light on the dongle doesn't come on, a bit odd so I made sure it weren't the headset but I charged and checked everything on it and that was fine. I tried to plug in something else in the port just to check if it was faulty or not, but that was fine also. So it was the dongle that is the issue and I had such high hopes for the headset but I suppose good things must come to an end... unless anyone knows any fixes but other than that I'm a bit upset and disappointed.
