Love the new JBL Tune ear buds I bought for me and my wife. Great sound and noise canceling. Hard to get them to stay in my ears but still like them. Guess I need to find some extra small cones to put on them to fit better inside my small ear canal.

Terrible fit and constantly fall out! Yes, I've tried all 3 sizes of buds to try to get them to fit. I'm sure they might fit someone's ear ok, but not mine and many other people are reporting the same issue. I can't get them to stay in long enough for me to review the quality of the sound. Warning, based on all the reviews, if you purchase these, there is only a 20% chance they will fit your ear.

These are pretty alright for everyday use sound quality is a bit worse than airpods mainly due to having so much "Bass" it sacrifices a lot of other tones but still useable. For heavy work these are less than ideal when cutting material it will actually muzzle the noise kinda sounding like its shorting out in your ear. Construction and Fabrication boys just stick to the AirPods lol

These earbuds are horrible. I've had them less than a year and they don't work anymore. The earbuds won't take a charge. Plus they are always falling out of my ear. Do not buy.

It's been a few months of ownership and the main complaint I have towards these buds are the fact they slip out the ear a little to easy. They do offer the "tips" that are supposed to prevent these from happening, but the design is not meant to take a lot of movement before the earbud falls out.

These are absolute crap. Anyone who is giving them a good review obviously got paid and used the money to buy Apple earbuds. They fall out nonstop every time I move. I've tried all the sizes of the bud cover-they all do it. Everytime I touch them they switch from noise cancelling (which doesn't keep anything out) to ambient (which adds an unexplainable layer of static over what you're listening to), or on the other side they turn off. I truly hate these and will be getting Apple or Bose or even Skull Candy at this point. Anything would be better.

My bf and I have had many JBL products and they have always been great! Today I found my left earbud from my Tune Buds in my dryer 'water proof ' that earbud made it an hour in and out of water and then the dryer. It started charging like a champ and still works. I've had the buds for almost a year. And we've had many JBL products, I don't think we'd buy anything else at this point.

Hands down worst earbuds ive ever bought. Unless you plan on wrapping duct tape around your head to hold them in they fall out even if you're not doing anything. And yes I tried the different size tips.

I got these as a gift. Worst design ever. They don't stay in the ear!! If I literally smile or talk they pop out. I tried different size fittings and they don't work . Why would jbl make a product without trying it on? Who is stupid enough to make a weird shape like this?

Tried all sizes of earbuds every size they don't help because you must need a ratchet strap to keep them in your head. The earbuds weight 3 pounds a peice and the only thing to hold them in is your ear canal. Every five seconds they fall.

I am now so frustrated with this product that I am leaving a second review. Endeavoring to "form a vacuum seal in my ear canal," as JBL instructs, has caused one of the speakers to just crap out entirely. Avoid, avoid, AVOID!!!!

The JBL Tune Buds sound amazing. However, I can't get them to stay in my ear regardless of the size of molds I use while sometimes just walking around. They constantly fall out even with slight movement and low activity. This shouldn't be a reflection of the great sound quality, but it's a bummer because I can't really use them when doing easy yard work. They are fine if you're sitting still and work great on an airplane while using the noise canceling feature.

Echoing another reviewer who remarked that it really is impressive to create a pair of earbuds so poor that they motivate someone to actually go and leave a bad review. In addition to sizing complaints, these earbuds also seem to have a lot of trouble pairing consistently - like every third time - perhaps this has to do with the very large touch controls that it's impossible to avoid touching when you're trying to keep the things in your ears. Just bought these for full price at Target because I am desperate to get headphones that work with my iPhone 16. (No dongle, and my $250 Sennheisers are bricked.) This is the worst sound I've ever gotten from $100 headphones, with absolutely zero bass. Like, seriously, how can you sell these? And now I come here to write a review, and they're $50. These worked great for about six months. Then they stopped charging and just remain on when in the case, constantly connecting to my phone when I don't want them to. Followed the instructions for cleaning them to get charging to work again (clearly this is a known issue for this model), and at first they would work again for about a week but now some charge even right after cleaning. Totally worthless 7 months into using.

I am happy with the sound quality, controls and tuning options. The only problem is that the earplug gets loose too quickly so I need to adjust it frequently. This is a problem if I have the hands busy, like during working out. I tried the 3 different plug sizes

I have had these for a little over a year now. They have been great up until a couple months ago when the sound started dropping out of the left bud. Now they both lose partial sound, or have a crackling sound ever time I put them in. I only use them to workout, 1 hour, 4 days a week.

These headphones are some of the worst I've ever owned. Purchased about 6 months ago to replace my AirPods, and wish I just bought AirPods instead. They don't stay in my ears (even with changing the rubber inserts.), after using for ~30 minutes, the volume and sound quality lowers SIGNIFICANTLY to the point that even with the volume on max I still can't hear what's playing. This happens with one ear pod in (either one) or both at the same time. If I use them both, one is ALWAYS quieter than the other, so I adjust the sound balance so they're even, then after 20 minutes the one I adjusted up is too loud. When putting them in the case they will stay on and won't charge, just keep playing music into the case. Absolutely terrible product and a waste of $100

I bought these to use the "Active Noise Cancelling" feature of the "Zero Noise" buds for a long flight to reduce the ambient sound of the plane. I was really disappointed that this feature didn't work at all! I went back to using the cheap foam ear plugs, which worked much better. To make things worse, I got them at Best Buy and was unable to return them as I went back two days after their shabby 15-day return policy had lapsed - not even store credit. So I am stuck with them I guess. "Zero Noise" and "Active Noise Cancelling" is false advertising. Don't waste your money,

Honestly I'm a little bias I love all jbl products! My only issue is that when I get sweaty they tend to fall out but I think that's any ear bud without the little hook to sit around your ear so, they're perfect!

The directions are very unclear on how to utilize the tap function and the few times I used them, the people on the call complained of background noises being painfully loud. I received these Tune Buds as a gift from a my workplace and I was very excited to use them. My current/ancient computer speakers are JBL and I am in love with them. I've had since about '98 and they are very well designed, sturdy and they have a wonderful, rich fullness to the sound they produce. I hope they last forever. Because of this, I've been on the fence and curious about purchasing a bluetooth speaker or more from JBL, so I thought this gift would be a perfect, risk-free dabble into more of their products. To start, I am unable to get these to stay in my ear, which seems like a basic, "first thing" when it comes to ear buds. Despite being marketed as "in-ear", these actually rest more on the inner ear cartilage, which causes a great deal of discomfort after a short period of time while using them. They are very lightweight, which would be ideal, but this just adds to the problem when a slight head shift sends them flying. The design also lacks any "ridges" or anything conducive to a "button", so the smooth touch features are very, very sensitive. I find I am fiddling more with this product than I am concentrating on any task, so they're more of an annoyance and a chore to use, than anything. When they are in, they sound quite abysmal. It's a very cheap and tinny sound. Even when listening to audiobooks or someone simply speaking, say, a speech for example, they are very "airy" and metallic. One of the modules controls a sound mode that makes it seem as if TV static is constantly on in the background. I find even though I always turn this feature off, my hair must be brushing against it, because there's constantly noise playing over whatever I choose to use them for. There's always something fuzzing up any silence. I can't stress enough that it has very sensitive controls, and for something that's constantly moving, shifting or falling out, it makes them almost unusable. I have a pair of Sony bluetooth headphones, they don't sound very good, but at least they function as ear buds should, just pop in, push a button and listen. There are so many cons with this product, I am very happy I did not pay for these. This was very disappointing and will likely be my last foray into any new JBL products. It's sad, seems as if there has been a definite decline in product quality. I still love my old computer speakers, though.

I bought these to replace/upgrade from a prior model, mainly due to waining battery life of my older jbls. These seemed like a basic and logical next step, as I rather enjoy jbl products. Upon receiving, I immediately noticed they changed the shape of the piece that rests inside the ear canal from circular to oval, so there's never a sound proof seal or snug fit, regardless of earpeice attachment, they loosely just kind of dangle. Also, this piece is now designed so shallow, these are constantly falling out or just letting in all the noise outside. This completely defeats the purpose of the earbuds, and renders to sound utterly garbage. Not to mention there's also white noise feature? To add to all the sound and mess that isnt music or an audio book. I bought these headphones block out sound and listen to things, now they not only let tons of outside noise in and fall out, but they let in background sounds and produce their own, as well? Who designed these? I avoid apple's pods because that functionality really seems counter productive to the point of headphones. Now jbl has caught that trend and is just as worthless. A cheap random pair from some dollar store will have the same sound and anti-user friendly design, so save your money These are a really bad, bad product.
