While these aren't the most amazing headphones in existence, their durability and sound is pretty incredible for their price-point. I'm not kidding about durability: I slipped my earbuds into my pocket while gardening, forgot about them, and then later thought I'd give my soil-covered shorts a pre-wash soak before the laundry. These earbuds were fully submerged in water, vinegar and baking soda for 10 minutes before I remembered. After drying them off, I fully expected them to be ruined... they are still completely functional and the sound quality hasn't changed. I've also had previous experiences with other JBL wireless earbuds where they were too sensitive to the motion of my head, because of how the in-earbud controls worked. I haven't had that issue with this pair at all, and I've had them for over 6 months by now. These are a great purchase if you're looking for decent quality without spending $100+.

Just awful. Can get bumped ever so slightly and my phone connects while driving, walking, etc. but it's when I'm not trying to use them. Jbl as a brand has gone drastically downhill. Every speaker I've ever bought has had issues or flat out didn't work. I got mine for $40 and I wouldn't even spend that to get a different pair. Save your money and find a better brand.

This is a pretty good budget option. There cheaper than most other earbuds while still having great sound quality. The biggest complaint I have with then is that they won't fit in my ear no matter what u try. Foam tips, putting them in differently, I've tried them all. I can't even stand up or go on a jog without constantly needing to readjust them. And with every other earbud I try they fit perfectly.

I have had these for a few months and though sound quality is okay the left earbud is dead and will not charge. Rather dissapointed on the quality but you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money on a higher quality pair of buds.

The ear buds work great and pairing was easy. I did have to return them because they were too big for my small ears and would fall out. They did have spare tips that were supposed to be in different sizes but we're not.

The headphones had resonable battery life close to the advertised 8 hours. 10 Months later after I fully charged the headphones I ended up getting 'battery is low" messages after I used them on two 12 minute sessions. The battery shouldn't be draining when I disconnect the bluetooth and closed the case but it appears either that is happening or the battery life drastically decreaed in less than a year. Im glad I got these for free on a promo so I didn't end up wasting money.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and I'm not really sure if it's living up to the hype of earbud headphones. The sound is ok, sometimes sounds like a tin can and they fall out all the time. At this point, it seems as well that the battery runs through quickly. I work a six hour shift per se and the battery is down to about 30%. Charged daily. I own the JBL Charge 5 portable speaker and LOVE IT! But I need headphones at work.

Worst headphones I've used. I got them for free so no biggie, but I've had 10 dollar headphones that are better. Sound isn't bad. Controls are what's horrible. They randomly will pause music cause it moved in your ear. The touch sensitive control thought it was touched. Same on the other side. Music turned up to full blast on its own. Threw away right after this.

I have had these ear pods for about a week. Per previous reviews they are difficult to remove from the charging case and they are very loose in the ear. I have used all three earbuds provided and all three still very easily slip out of my ears. I would never use these while being out of my home, as I am certain I would lose them! The sound is great and since I intended to only use them while at home, I am pleased with the sound quality.

I bought these for use at the gym and they are not working out very well. The sound quay is vey good but they will not stay in your ear once you start sweating. I have tried various size tips but to no avail. After 20 minutes or so they start feeling loose and then will drop out. I almost lost one for good under the treadmill. I would not recommend them for use in an athletic situation.

They work for the most part. I have been using the right one almost daily for a year. The left one is quieter than the right one, and I have seen another review on this site saying the same thing, so that makes me think this is a common-ish problem. When the battery gets low there is a voice that says "BATTERY IS LOW" and it is SO LOUD. I have asked support if this low battery warning can be made quieter and they said there is no way to make the warning quieter. Scares me every time it yells in my ear "BATTERY IS LOW". Would have looked at different options if I knew the left one wouldnt work as well as the right, and if I knew about the deafening low battery warning

I've had these headphones for about three months and they're the worst I've ever owned. It says 32 hours of battery life but that's a blatant lie. Even when disconnected and turned off, the battery in the charging box is constantly draining, and when the charging box dies it turns on the headphones so they die as well. You have to charge them every night, don't waste your money and go buy better headphones.

I wish these fit better. I've tried all the different fit adapters and the left ear keeps popping out. They sound great but with the left ear continuing to pop out the days coming where it will drop into a place I can't get them out of. An ear hook adapter would be handy.

The sound is just fine, the look and feel is great. I find them very comfortable to use for extended periods of time. The only issue I have with the design is removing the buds from the case. They are extremely annoying to remove.

Easily one of the worst pair of earbuds I've ever owned. I got them less than a year ago and it has been non-stop issues with them. First: I couldn't get the gel tip off to put one of the other sizes on so I just got used to the discomfort. Second: The sound kept getting quieter and quieter. Now, I have to turn them all the way up just to hear my music at all. Third: The charging on the case is spotty at best. The earbuds will be in the case and disconnected from the case charger. This will have my phone disconnect from my car bluetooth or automatically connect to the earbuds when I'm trying to listen to music out loud. When I try to reconnect my phone to whatever device I was listening to, the earbuds will just override that again when they disconnect from the charger. This makes me have to go into my phone's settings just to unpair the earbuds from my phone for a couple of hours. Additionally, due to the spotty charging, they're rarely fully charged and I have to blow in the charging hole every five minutes to get them to connect to the charger for any period of time. They're never immediately available when I would like to use them. I really never leave bad reviews and have loved all other JBL products I've ever owned, but dealing with these issues over the past 11 months finally got to me.

My wife bought me a set of the Vibe Beam from Amazon. As with all JBL audio, the audio quality is excellent. The only criticisms I have are: 1. Pairing: You can't pair to more than one device. In my work I have to jump from calls on my mobile to calls on my laptop. In order to use these ear buds you have to unpair from the connected device before pairing with another device. For me, it would be helpful to have them automatically drop the current connection and pair with the requesting device. 2. Overall physical design. The ear buds fit just fine in my ears, however, the design of the case plus the design of the ear buds makes it difficult to remove them from the case. I drop one nearly every time. On the whole, at $25 (on sale), the JBL Vibe Beam provides high quality sound at a great price.

I got these on sale and I had a $10 gift reward so $19.95 total is basically unbeatable. For that price and even near normal price they're still great. The JBL control app is massive, when you can turn them into pseudo hearing aids or where them like OSHA safety ear plugs but still have all the great features. The sound is more than ample and full. You can also customize the EQ. For any blue blooded person grounded in reality these are well worth it and anyone would where them if it were their only option. JBL mostly made in America is 1000Xs better than "Don't even think about America because were only air dropped in when you ordered them" The big thing with that is the revenue stays here. It matters more than most know.

It was great purchase. But it doesn't fit my ears. Keep falling out. My ears are smaller for the fit! Great for somebody the medium or Large ears!
