This is the best idea/product I?ve found since I started shooting with a smart phone. The problem I?ve always had was that it didn?t feel like a secure hold on the phone when shooting at any angle other than right in front of me at eye level. This was especially true when shooting from a windy balcony or in a moving convertible with the top down. I was a commercial shooter working for corporate and university accounts for 25+ years. I started shooting digital as soon as the first cameras came out so I got very used to the built in grip ?bump?. It?s been on virtually every DSLR camera because It works! Works at giving you a secure grip on the camera even while tripping the shutter. THIS DEVICE GIVES YOU THE SAME PERFECT GRIP SHOOTERS HAVE GOTTEN USED TO!!! And it places the shutter trip button in exactly the same spot!! The spring loaded mechanism that secures it to the phone gives you a fail proof clamp down. And the Bluetooth shutter release detaches for remote tripping of the shutter. ABOUT THE BLUETOOTH SHUTTER RELEASE: This device has worked perfectly every time. I have another remote from a different manufacturer and the button sticks and it is hit or miss whether or not it works. Not this one. This device is perfect in every way.

love this and looking forward to v2. very handy and portable, feels right in the hand, and having the detachable shutter clicker is briliiant.
