Works perfectly.  I have a good bit of Nikon lenses, this let's me use them with my new Sony mirrorless.

Would recommend

Does the job adapting a Tokina RMC 100-300 f/5.6 M42 to a Nikon d7100. Manual only, of course, but it does what some others don't,  which is allow the aperture ring to stop down by depressing the pin on the lens, which doesn't have an auto/manual  switch. Other adapters have not done this, and I wasn't happy about a potential mod to the lens.

Does the job

This is an excellent adapter (M42-FX). I use it with my Helios 44-3 lens, which was not functional with the adapter from a different brand. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent lens adapter

I bought this to keep using my Nikkor-Micro 55mm Ai-S, which still holds its own against modern lenses.  Of course the lens is now 100% manual but I have fun with it.

The fit is tight without any excess play and is much better than I expected.  I haven't noticed anything out of alignment, and I can still use Infinity with the lens.  A good purchase.

I bought this adapter to use my Leica M-Mount Lenses with my Panasonic Lumix DC-GX9 M43 camera. The adapter is very well made. The lens fits properly on the adapter and the adapter fits properly on the camera. This is of course a dumb adapter connecting a lens with zero communications with the camera and focus and exposure is based purely on what the sensor sees. If your OK with that, then I can recommend this adapter.

Sort Of Works

Worth it.

Seems to work thus far as it should. I bought this adapter to use an old Soviet Helios 44 lens on my Fuji X-Pro3. It's manual focus, so I use the focus assist. This adapter coupled with the lens produces interesting images with different contrast and color straight out of camera. If you are looking to add vintage lenses to your arsenal at little cost, I would recommend buying one of these adapters.

Build feels pretty sturdy. Lens coupling is pretty tight, maybe a little too much. But I bought this to adapt a Minolta MD mount Tokina RMC 35mm F2 to a Nikon Z6 body and it doesn't focus to infinity, so a bit of a disappointment.

Great Quality Job on Machining Thai Adapter

Excellent for the price. No noticable play or gaps. The mount plate can be unscrewed and rotated so that you can change the orientation of the lens (if your camera will be mounted upside down but you still need to see the lens markings from above, for instance).

You need to turn the lens with quite a bit of force for it to lock in place, though as a result, it fits firmly and securely. The camera mount feels very secure as well. This a great product if you're looking to adapt manual lenses .

This adapter works just as I hoped it would.  It seems to be of high quality construction.  It fits both the camera and the lenses very well.

Pleased with the K&F lens adapter

This is my first time buying and using this lens adapter. I have a Fuji XPro1 and wanted to use my old Nikkor lenses. The adapter is solid and no play when I mated it to my XPro1. I used a 24mm f/2.8 Nikkor - N.C. Auto and a Nikkor S- Auto 50mm f/1.4 with the adapter and have had no issue. The thing that I noticed when mating the Nikon lens is that you have to twist the lens back in forth until the lens release button engages. It doesn't happen every time though. The lens release button does not have a firm, noticeable click when mating your Nikon lens. The interior paint is not matte, it has a bit of sheen to it and may affect image quality. I'm giving this adapter 4 stars just because of the interior paint. 

I'd go for the K&F Concept Pro version instead of this.

Very precise, tight fit. The alignment is good; the corners are even. I have less play in this mount than I did with my Canon EF cameras and Canon lenses!  My Minolta lenses have a new lease on life, glad I kept some of them.

Excellent build quality

Overall, the latch mechanism seems to work much more smoothly than my cheaper Fotasy adapter, however focus goes well beyond infinity. Tested with my Hexanon 40mm f/1.8 this gave a bit over an inch more distant close focus. 

I was expecting this as it is common among adapters, so I right away set about trying to shim the adapter for infinity focus, and that is where i ran into trouble. 3 of the 4 screws came out with no issue, but the 4th was stuck (likely cross threaded) and I ended up stripping it without removing it. On my cheaper Fotasy, all the screws came right out.

To infinity and beyond

This adapter works great for using fd lenses on my eos M50. Connection feels solid and it's build quality does not feel cheap. Its metal construction gives it a premium feel

Let's me use an olympus lens that I found at a thrift shop on my fuji without any problems.

While this adapter allows you to use old mechanical Canon FD lenses with M series bodies, I wish that they did not pin the aperture. Allowing the photographer to adjust aperture would have made the adapter much more useful for manual photography and videography as it would allow control over depth of field.

My expectations were not as high as my hopes,  but I'm very pleased that I'm able to use some of my old lenses from film cameras with my new mirrorless digital camera.  This adapter is an excellent fit, and for a very reasonable price it's allowing me to play with these manual lenses and have a lot of fun.
