I still can't believe this only sells for $. Kupo quality is always great. It is so convenient to move lighting around without having to lift a dangerous top-heavy stand light and modifier - particularly something like a counter weighted boom arm. It works best if you are using battery monolights so you have complete freedom to reposition without dealing with cords. The leg footprint diameter is larger than a C-stand so often you may not even need to use a sand bag. My one complaint regards the assembly of the stand. The wheels do not come attached, and there are no instructions about how this goes together. The biggest problem is that a very thin 7/8" (22mm) open end wrench is required to tighten the wheels onto the aluminum attachment castings. I managed to make my own tool by grinding down a cheap wrench and it worked fine. .
