I have been using the KUVRD V2 lens covers for about 5 years now. I got them after searching to replace the lens caps I constantly lost while hiking. I found not only solved the missing cap issue but since I use a Peak Design capture clip on my backpack, the lens covers are great bumpers that protect the lens. Why aren't more photographers using them? I have read where some have said they rip...how? I use my cameras as tools, not like eggs. Pulling off and putting back on multiple times on one hike. My 24/70mm has a filter adapter for my polarizer (67-82mm) and the KUVRD lens hood just stretches over it and holds. I consider them essential equipment that go on every shoot. I'm ordering two more, just to have as backup, if they are ever needed.

I took them on my climb of Denali (tallest mountain in North America) and they held up in the extreme alpine environment. I didn?t have to worry about them getting snow or frost and kept the lens in great condition. I mix camera gear and climbing gear often and its nice to know that the lenses can be held without scratches or damage!

Ordered this during Covid to protect my lens on some planned camping trips. Worked and fit perfectly, just as expected. Also, USPS messed up the delivery and the Kuvrd customer service was top notch in helping me out. 100% recommend the product and company!

The Micro Lens Caps arrived today, and they are amazing. I just wish I'd ordered one of the Magnum sets as well as I've just purchase an 82mm 24-70mm f/2.8L series lens, live and learn.

Excellent. The Universal Lens Cap is exactly what I was hoping it would be and I wish I had invented it myself ;). So often when my lens caps have fallen off I've wished for precisely something like this. And here it is! I would highly recommend one for every one of your lenses. An absolute game changer. It feels good in your hand, it looks sleek and sexy, and it honestly makes me smile every time I pull it out of my bag. A welcome addition to my kit, to my entire photography experience.

My lens caps finally arrived. My only regret is that I should have ordered a 4-pack! I was surprised at the build quality of the items. They really look like they are built to be roughed up and to last forever! The fit in my lenses is excellent. This is one investment I am glad I made. Now if only KUVRD would come up with something to protect my non-weather-sealed X-T30...

Product look basic at first look, but incredibly innovative when used on lens. Shipping also was accurate.

I suspect these may get lost. I see they could be great on wet water trips, but getting them on and off is a bit of a grunt on my cameras and once off, you need a pocket or bag there immediately, especially if you’re in a hurry to shoot. May not replace my click ontied on lens cover yet.

Great lens protector that actually stays on your lens. In a lot of cases, the camera lens caps came off in my camera bag, especially when a polarizing filter was attached, with KUVRD lens caps this is past history now. I’ve had it once that I’ve damaged the coating on a polarizing filter by putting on the original lens cap. The only thing that I found with the KUVRD lens caps is that the inside rubber tends to attract lint, but that didn't had any impact on the lens itself, just make sure that the rubber doesn’t touch the glass. One small annoyance is that your lens hoods (sun protection) don’t fit anymore when the KUVRD is attached but I find this a small price to pay for the protection you’re gaining.

My Olympus camera is weather proof so taking it out into inclement weather to take fireworks photos the other night wasn’t a worry, but swapping lenses and lens caps around in the dark and wet is a hassle. The KUVRD Universal Lens Caps have solved that problem. They protect the lens from water ingress and are super easy to put on and remove in the half-light so I don’t drop a lens cap in the dark. Fantastic.

Overall the V2 lens caps were about as expected. I actually thought the V2 would be a little heavier in weight (density), I wouldn’t really want them to be thinner. I ordered 2 of the Magnums in hopes it would fit securely around my Lens hood; which it does. However, I do wish they were a bit longer, both sizes. Overall satisfied, would have given more stars if a bit denser, longer and a significantly lower price.

I've been using the Kuvrd Micro lens cover for a few months now and I don't think I can go back to normal covers ever again. I've used them in the cold, the rain, the dust, and the heat. Never a failure and they still look brand new even after being chilled, drenched, sand-blasted and roasted. After some practice, I can take them on/off the lens without a single fumble. Best of all, my lenses have survived the abuse I throw at them all thanks to Kuvrd!

Overall, good. I use it mainly when commuting to keep my 50 mm lens safe. So far, I have not used it when shooting, since I normally keep the lens hood in the lens, I have the feeling that the MICRO it is not needed.

After having bought the original one which wasn't fitting mirrorless lens, i've was so please with product principle and the experience of the first one, i immediatey backed this one and the produc is superb. I don't use the original cap anymore when on the road. the KUVRD is now well fitted on my gear and it operates perfectly. Moreover, it's not that high on the price too. Recommended

I don't normally write reviews for products but for this one I will. I don't really believe the hype with certain things, but with this product you can. It covers your lenses, it does a better job than that plastic cover that comes with the lens. Plus it provides a bit more protection than the plastic. And you won't misplace it like you would the plastic piece and its very hard to break like the plastic caps are. I love these covers, I love them so much I backed them two times!

Works very fine. Fits good on my Sony FE 55mm 1.8, but it covers, but maybe even the micro is a little large for this lens, because it covers about 60% of the lens. So, if I think of using 2 micros (one for each side) when transporting, they'll probably overlap. I know that it has to be tight enough to ensure no dust from going inside. But maybe, it's too tight to keep the lens with the hood (as I usually keep them before having this cap). Haven't tried yet, and probably won't do it (preffer to keep the doubt and protect the lens and/or the hood).

I am Micro 4/3 user, so happy that my purchased of micro serve me well. The size and length is just nice. This is almost like lens cover or casing in a way. I have lost 1 of my lens cap before, with this universal lens cap, i will never lost my lens cap anymore.
