Poor product support

This product has no support with lots of small parts that need to work together. For example. The headset has (2) male stereo mini plugs attached. (1) labeled Mic, the other (1) headset. Then they have (2) RCA to mini plug adapters. One stereo the other mono???? Then a AAA (2) battery device was included with a male mini plug and female socket on the other end. What is this for? Not comfortable plugging the power device into the piano for fear it could cause a electrical problem if not properly connected.
