Gotta drop a 4 star on this excellent product. But first... The negatives. Price... It's not Waterproof so don't get cute. Lastly, no USB charging port, so the inbuilt battery only charges when in an e26 socket. Now for the good. Practical lights are hard to control. Dimmers, gels all that makes for gear bloat. This light cuts that. You can lower the power level, change color and do practical effects... All with the Sidus Link App. This bulb makes incorporating practical lights easy and fast. These bulbs, regardless their shortcomings are a win. Definitely a must.

Decent light. Good build. Light quality is good, shape weirded me out at first, but it's not noticeable in any of our footage. I wish I had more access to controls without needing the app, but I understand. I'd also love a cheaper version that didn't have the built in battery and DC features. Just a reliable RGBWW light that I can put into a lamp. Less earth resources to build, but just limited to being plugged in. This is the first small light from Aputure that has a case that isn't useless. A bag to protect the bulb is a nice touch.

Stop reading, add this to your cart. Being able to show up to set or location, screw these in, and take complete control over the practical lights is amazing. With the wide-gamut light engine, this thing can match most any existing type of light source. And the Magic Program functionality via Sidus Link is tremendously intuitive. I programmed a chase in less than 5 minutes, right on set.

This is a compact practical powerful little tool for any photographer or filmmaker. Especially in conjunction with the situs link app which really opens up the features this light offers. It has a wide range of colors and color temperature and is quite accurate. For the price you can’t really go wrong and it still gives you up to 70 minutes at full power which is quite impressive.I highly recommend this product

Everything about this item is great and fun to play with. Mark ii will be the one to get whenever that is. It's a tad slow with the DMX app "Sidus" and the battery life could be better.

Awesome product, worth the wait! I love its minimal design and controls. The product turns very hot after fully blast for a long period of time, but it doesn't affect its functionality.
