I love this background frame !! I have a lot of fabric from my craft stuff I mess with occasionally. I hung and clamped to the frame, about 8ft X 6ft medium weight Terry Cloth - Orange. I just left it there to see how well the frame will support this. Four days later and it's holding the same as day one. I think, this will last me many yrs.

This backdrop stand is amazing quality for the cost. It feels sturdy but is also very light weight. I was able to hang my cloth backdrop easily in just a couple minutes. I love that this system includes clamps too because similar products don't include clamps. I also love that you can shorten and expand the width to fit a range of backdrop sizes. I highly recommend this system!

I give this 5 stars as it is exactly what I expected. I have another heavy duty backdrop stand, this is not that. This is lightweight and so easy to transport and set up. If you need a second stand to use as an alternate then I recommend this, or maybe use as a backdrop holder for tabletop photography. The price is a great value, you will not be disappointed!

Purchased for use in a small home studio I have created. It is nice that the width and hight are easily adjustable. The frame also breakdown well. There is a carrying case provide to store the full frame or sections not in use.

Works well. Not super-sturdy, but just fine for the price. Only slight inconvenience is that the cross bars attach with wing nuts, so it takes a bit of spinning each time to get them on and off (and you don't want to lose them). Otherwise, I'm pleased

If you need a quick and easy backdrop stand, this is great. It's lightweight, easy to set up, can support multiple widths of backdrop, and is functional. I will note however that it is very, very flimsy, it's not sturdy, easy to tip over, and easy to damage. If it falls over the thread bar at the tops of the stands break off very easily. It is also very short - I haven't measured with a measuring tape, but I doubt it's 10' unless you push the stand legs far far beyond anything resembling stability. I'm 6' and it's maybe a foot or a foot and a half over my head when the legs are as wide as they can be, so I really can't shoot much shorter than 50mm and get full coverage of the frame with the backdrop. at 85mm you can pull back a bit of you want to blur your backdrop, but if your subject is tall you may have problems even at that focal length. All that being said, at $35 if you get even a few shoots out of the purchase it's probably worthwhile, personally I'd like to move to using C-stands for backdrops but until I can afford that, this fits the bill. I shot one project on it and by the end it was nonfunctional, but it absolutely worked for a bit and I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Very lightweight and easy to assemble/disassemble. I gav 4 stars because it gets a little shaky when you extend it all the way out. I can’t see this holding a heavier backdrop if it’s extended.

Good value for most semi-pro or hobbyist. Obviously not the same quality as the much higher priced units, but with care can function well indoors. A bit light for outdoor use I think.

This seems to be a great stand for my purpose, which is to display 20 record albums in a custom made curtain. It will get lots of use, I hope it holds together. Great item for the price!

I found it light and versatile and easy to set up and tear down. I used it with a cloth background for our church event and it worked great. Everyone was excited to see their pictures when I handed them out Sunday morning. It was well worth the money.

It's very cheap, an the stands are a bit flimsy. I was totally expecting that. Do not expect anything heavy duty, or very sturdy. I just needed something quick and affordable for home. I would NOT use this for any professional work, or with any heavy fabric or paper rolls. You can always use some sandbags to weigh the stands down a bit, if need be. It has served it's purpose for my home use.

I bought this backdrop support mainly because of its light weight. I needed something that would fit in a pelican case along with some LED lights with stands and weigh 50 pounds or less for airline baggage. It's not heavy duty like my other systems, but that's not what I needed. It does the job at a great price.
