Unlike HMI fixtures, the JAB Daylight generates minimal heat and no harmful UV or IR emissions - an important safety consideration for both talent and crew.

The fixture is self-contained with an auto-ranging universal power supply requiring no heavy, expensive ballast, head cables or replacement lamps. The Daylight boasts fan-less convection cooling and flicker-free operation up to 12000 frames per second. As with all AAdynTech fixtures; instant 'ON' ensures no warm-up wait time on set - ever. The Daylight comes equipped with specially designed holographic lenses that provide optical efficiency by creating a single light source, effectively eliminating multiple shadows. These quickchange lenses vary the beam angle for narrow, medium or flood while maintaining a flat, even field.

There are several control possibilities; local onboard manual controls, DMX with DMX loop-thru or the optional illuminated UIM Digital Remote. A heavy-duty yoke is standard.
