It is a lens plate...does its job well.

It is a lens plate...fits well in my RRS ball-head clamp. Saw other reviews that said it flexed or had a poor fit but my copy is fine..maybe earlier versions were different somehow. I usually stick with RRS for my plates but this was convenient when I ordered my Fuji 100-400 lens from Adorama. Plus it says "Fuji" on it so it makes my pictures better! ;-)
