Used Rollei 1.4x AutoFocus (AF) Telephoto Converter for the 6008AF Medium Format Camera

High-grade telephoto-converter with 1.4x extension of the focal length, specially computed for high-speed lenses 80mm f/2, 180mm f/2.8 and 300mm f/4. Also highly suitable with other telephoto lenses.

The aperture value decreases only by one stop with the 1.4x telephoto converter, thereby allowing the use of super-long focal lengths for creative photography through a favorable maximum aperture. For example, the 180mm Tele-Xenar f/2.8 becomes a high-speed 250mm f/4 telephoto lens.

The Longar telephoto converter can not be combined with a Planar 80mm f/2.8 as the exit pupil of the Planar will damage the converter.
