Great Product and customer service
I've had this jib for just under a year now and it's really neat. It's compact, light-weight and it really expands the capabilities of DSLR filmmaking. I only had one little bit of trouble with one of the bolts attached to the jib pole, but the inventor and founder of this company personally helped me sort it out.
