First off, Adorama shipped this product to me in a timely manner and for that I am grateful. As for the FLYCAM am a fan, I am using it on a Sony FX9 with a Fujinon 20-120, a Teradek Bolt, gold mount batts and a Shape Rig shoulder and cheese plate. It seems like more than 27lbs that is listed as the FLYCAMs limit and although it is near the upper limit it still has more tension to go. I did take the extension arm off so that may be a factor but all in all the FLYCAM is taking the weight well. The main issues come down to comfort and padding. I added quite a bit of the additional padding (included) and some of my own padding as well. I also needed to add a front belt pad so some additional customization may be required by the purchaser. Overall I am very happy with the purchase as it is 1/5 the price of the 'other' variable tension rig, as it works well, is much smaller and more streamlined. 

P.S. I also managed to fit my HipShot on the belt as an added bonus!
